Their vegan stuff is excellent! So far my wife and I have had the soy pastor taco and burrito - both awesome. The vegan pazole superb and their corn chips are top notch. Serving sizes are great. The chefs are super nice and the service is quick. They use pagers for your orders so you can make a quick run to somewhere else while your food is being prepared.

Te Dije has moved from Veneta to South Eugene, and it is definitely a great addition to the area! So far I have only sampled their various tacos, and they have been really good. The tacos stand out thanks to the use of handmade blue corn tortillas, which adds character as well as being more sturdy than the average corn tortilla. The fish taco ($6.50) was especially memorable. It is described as "beer-battered cod fish, fresh slaw, pickled red onions, queso fresco & chipotle aioli." Yum. The fish was fried perfectly, and there was a good amount. It was thoughtfully made and all the ingredients came together perfectly. The pulled pork taco ($4) was great too. The pork was super tender and flavorful on it's own and there was a fair amount of it. The chicken taco ($4) was solid as well. I even enjoyed the vegan option, an al-pastor taco with soy-chorizo ($5), with nice big chunks of grilled pineapple, onions & cilantro. I appreciate how each taco is different, it's not just the same toppings with the protein swapped out. The tacos aren't cheap, but the quality justifies the price. On Tuesdays, you get $1 off all tacos. Based on how good everything has been, I am excited to branch out to their tortas, burritos, bowls, and even chilaquiles!

This is a must for food truck lovers. The burritos are delicious and full of flavors. Smokey, sweet, spicy, and tangy. I had the chicken burrito and my wife had the asada burrito. We each had a hibiscus agua fresca. For $30, it was excellent all around.

Great agua fresca. I also love their vegan options and as someone who mainly eats vegan food, this is a welcome addition to a community that doesn't have vegan options. Their guacamole has too much onion to my liking and I don't love chipotle as the default sauce option but that is easily solved by not getting it. Fast, friendly service, and great location.
