“Stopped in for lunch and keno. This is a traditional bar minus the shot gun as the door handle. The server was excellent along with the food. We started with onion rings and horseradish fry sauce. I then had the chicken wrap and it was amazing! I will be back next time I am in town.”

“Best food in town every time I go I'm so happy my favorite item is the quesabirria tacos with consume so delicious I'm so happy that they came to Vernonia and opened this taco truck and the Mexican bakery always has so many wonderful things to try and even Ice Cream and she makes fresh fruit desserts and elote I love that I can call and order and it's ready when I go get it my family loved this place so much I'm just so great full we have another great place to go get food”

“Black bear is an always stop for lunch at the half way point of the banks-vernonia trail for me. The food is good with a decent selection of beers and the staff has always been kind and accommodating.”

“Great Italian food made from scratch. You can taste the care put into the ingredients. At other restaurants, you can almost taste the CostCo aisles in the food, but not here. You 'know' it's made from recipes passed down through the years because you can taste the quality.”

“Good food and nice selection of beers on tap. Reasonable prices. Great place to go when you're biking the Banks Vernonia trail. They have a patio and bike racks, so you can park your bike where you can see it.”
