I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks the “supervisor” her name is Anna was very rude she made my drink bad it’s been a few times that I go there any every time she has an attitude. Will not be back to this location!

This place is horrible, they made my drink wrong twice and with a nasty attitude! I have to dump my drink finally coz it’s exhausting to talk to her coz her super ugly attitude and personality, that Hispanic woman who made my drink seemed so angry with my drink and smashed it so hard on the table. Unbelievably rude! Nasty baristas with poor skills, do not even know how to respect people. Please make sure to train your employees well before they bring people a horrible experience!

The people were great and my chai was amazing, surprised it wasn't a longer wait when I went in at 7pm it wasn't busy at all❤️Kid-friendliness: Staff recommends great kid drinks and is friendly with the kids

I work at the mall and go to this Starbucks very often and everything was good until today 11/04/23 I ordered a hot chocolate and there was a bug in my drink first I thought it was a fly that flew in but when I looked closer it was a COCKROACH. So I don't recommend going here until they fix the bug situation.

The worse Starbucks experience we have ever had. A total of 5 people working, really no one in lobby and we were in drive thru line longer than 30 mins. When we finally got to the window we found only one person making drinks working pretty fast. The cashier girl was totally ignoring us and all of the made drinks including ours on the counter ready for us to pay. We waiting another 10 mins waiting for her to acknowledge us and let us pay and give us our 2 drinks so we could leave. The other 3 were all clustered together chatting and doing something w a piece of paper maybe while the other two watched. Then the girl FINALLY wanted our money and then co tongued on taking orders on the headset and walking around. She could have just handed us our drinks but NO. We could see the but probably another 5-10 mins she finally picked them up and handed them to us. We will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. 4/5 need to be fired. They do not represent Starbucks at all. Our drinks were had melted ice. What’s the pint of an iced tea w no ice
Three girls working, incapable of engaging. They looked at me when I walked in, said nothing. When I tried to engage they just looked at each other and one went to the back, never smiled, zero rapport or service. Then they started talking about a trainer and the new girl said she wasn't looking forward to being trained by the person "Christian"?. As a DM, I would be very disappointed that a guest had to listen to a team having this kind of conversation in front of them. Next time I'm visiting I'll go to the drive thru down the road.
