Olivia is an outstanding employee. Very customer service oriented , always happy , polite, handles service well during rushes. Appears to be in control and on top of things at all times. Thanks for employing her, Miranda and Rigo , always enjoy them !
I went there today and my brother was charged for two drinks when he only wanted one. We went to ask for a refund and the girl at the register who took his order said they couldn't take back the drink and to keep it since we "weren't charged for it." But he had been charged for the two drinks, because she took his order. I've been here before but this time it was really disappointing.
