“Best Bar Food in the whole world. I've been eating here since I was a little kid and still love it. I've been all over and I still think that Jays is the best. The prices are really really low. They really haven't gone up all that much since the 80's. You can feed a family of 4 for around $25 and not go home hungry. The Food: Awesome greasy bar food. The ways it's meant to be. The deep fried food does not taste like fish on Fridays. Saturday is Italian day and the food is always great. Get there early because they run out and it gets packed. The pizza is one of those little square jobs cut into 6 tiny pieces. Perfect for a kid.“

“I just moved to PA two years ago and still new to the area and I had the pleasure of visiting Allenport Marina for the first time last weekend and I had a good time. The staff was lovely and real and they made me comfortable, which you don't find to often especially for a black man like myself living in this country. “For my family's first time here, we were super impressed by how clean, friendly, and good the food was. The service was great, and we had a wonderful time. It is laid out perfect inside, and is the perfect place to go to with friends, family, or your kids. We started with appetizers of the zucchini, poutine fries, and pretzel. For dinners, we tried the burger, steak salad, chicken tender basket, and the steak pita. We all loved everything we had, and couldn't find one negative about anything. We can't wait to go back again, and try something else!“

“The food here was fantastic. We came for my boyfriends birthday dinner while in town. The wait staff was so friendly. Chef Lamar was amazing! We had the steak specials. His food was incredible and he was very attentive, constantly checking in. I come from a local bar background so finding one so far from where we live that felt like home was the icing on the cake! “The mushroom swiss burger was excellent. My spouse had shrimp scampi which he said was good but meal was small.... nothing served but small portion of shrimp and noodles. ( no side salad or bread) The dinner cost was too expensive . The sandwiches were well priced. Our server was excellent.“

“I stopped at Bill’s while in the area for breakfast. I am a picky eater and had to have my sandwich a certain way. It was perfect, one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten in a long time. This will be a weekly stop when I am in the area. Sitting by the window, watching the traffic and eating a delicious sandwich was some great down time for me.“

“We had a funeral luncheon here, and everything was perfect. The banquet room was the right size for our party. People had room to move around and socialize, and it's set apart from the main dining area so it felt private.Even better was the food. There were several options to select for banquet catering and our food was delicious. The rigatoni was a perfect al dente. We had a few people less than anticipated, and to go boxes were provided for our guests.The best part of our event was the service. Jenna helped me plan the event and made suggestions on the menu (she was right about everything!). Jenna and Angelina were our servers. They were wonderful. They checked several times for refills and anything we needed. I'd host another event here in a heartbeat.“

“I have nothing but good things to say about the Riverhouse. They helped us greatly when it came time to plan a luncheon for after a funeral. They opened up for us and could not have been any nicer. The staff especially Marley and one of the owners Jimmy really helped us out. We ate there a total of 3 times including the luncheon that week and everything was perfect everytime. They really made a stressful time in your life alot easier.“

“I had my mother's celebration of life at La Eda's and it was perfect. Karla was so easy to work with. Had a personalized menu for guests to choose from. We were able to choose 2-3 entrees fir guests to choose from. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. This was the perfect restaurant for our celebration! Thank you so much!“

“This restaurant is local to us and I've probably passed it literally 1000 times driving around since I was 16 and never stopped for a snack or a meal so, I took my mother here for her 83rd birthday last week and will definitely be back...Perfectly cooked and presented food and exemplary service is the key here... The interior definitely gives you the 70's vibe but, you're not going here to eat the decorations right ???I definitely suggest to get there early because at 8pm (They close at 9pm) they were out of the Lobster Special and the soup of the day which was Lobster Bisque...I had a perfectly cooked Blackened Ahi Tuna that I very much enjoyed and my mom had the Chicken Parmesan which was perfectly prepared as well...I'm probably gonna go back this weekend for a quick sammich/snack on the fly because the first experience was just really good...Overall, I'd absolutely recommend this place anytime you're feeling a bit hungry and don't feel like cooking ???“

“Had the pleasure of eating at The Back Porch Restaurant last night. At the recommendation of our FB friends we chose to dine in the Side Door Speakeasy and weren’t disappointed. We were entertaining friends from Scottdale and they were equally impressed by the experience. I wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was a joy. We started with the appetizer sampler which had shrimp cocktail, ribs, General Tso’s cauliflower and brie with pita chips. Everything was delicious. We also ordered the bread appetizer which offered a cinnamon butter and blue cheese balsamic butter both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The entrees ordered were scallops, crab cakes and the tomahawk pork chop. Everyone raved about their food selections. We ordered sides of garlic mashed potatoes, risotto and carrots. The sides were sampled by the four of us and there were still leftovers to take home. Our waitress informed us that side dishes are family size and she wasn’t kidding!! We also had Sangria and white wine along with the special strawberry crème brûlée for dessert which was incredible!! Kudos to the chef and our wonderful waitress for making our first visit to The Back Porch in probably 40 years one to remember!! We will definitely return before another 40 years passes!!“

If you're offended easily, this is not the establishment for you.Ham BBQ sandwich was delicious and filling. The side of fries were an actual side, not overflowing to make up for poor food quality.Wait staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will be coming back.My only critique, the floor cleanliness needs to be improved. I didn't notice until going towards the restroom that the tiles could be ivory white or better. “The steaks were absolutely phenomenal as were the crab stuffed mushrooms. However, the side salad and side dish choice of baked potato which comes with a 1/2 cup of sour cream on top or veggies (which were clearly frozen bag reheated) were very underwhelming for the cost per plate. I would have even been willing to pay a few dollars more per plate to get a fresher seasonal vegetable option.The staff were were very friendly and responsive, and it was very easy to call and make a reservation.The atmosphere was very unique, but the place could use some fresh carpeting that isn't faded or stained.“

“My husband and I finally went to Fiddle's Diner around 1:30 pm today. My husband decided on the fish sandwich, and I decided on the chicken tenders basket, everything tasted very good. The waitress is very pleasant, and made sure we had everything we needed for our lunch there. We both decided that we have to go back and try the shake's there. Very friendly atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Fiddle's Diner to others.“

“First time here. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, very laid back. Great music on the jukebox. We had a table of 10 and there was only 1 cook and 1 bartender/waitress, and they did a phenomenal job. The food came out quickly, I wait a lot longer at most other restaurants with a large staff. Wings are amazing. They have whole wings!! The jimmy fries are delicious. Drink prices are great. “I came here for the first time last night the food was great and I really definitely would eat there again but most likely to go due to the service. I've never had menus or beers sat down in front of me so aggressively, the server rushed for us to order and cash out our check, I was on a first date and couldn't even enjoy the time to be able to talk with feeling so rushed to leave when all we wanted to do was relax and enjoy a few drinks.“

“First time here. This place had recently opened up. Been wanting to stop here. So we decided to make this our place of choice for dinner. We stopped and I ordered a 12" chicken hoagie, 6" chicken hoagie, side of pierogi, side of chicken salad, 6x6 square thick pepperoni pizza, came with two breadsticks and a chocolate chip cookie. It all came to $24. I was like did you get my entire order and she did. I was confused on why it was so darn cheap. She said 30 minutes.I left to go home and come back. I arrived back and it still wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes. When I seen how small the sides were. Sides aren't a meal of it's own. It was incredibly small. Like 3 inches small round plastic container. You need to have a full meal. Due to this, I had to go and get french fries elsewhere for my daughter.Now how was the food? The hoagie I thought was very good. The pizza was okay, but very small. It wasn't thick at all. It was probably 2 " in size for 4 slices, not 6. Not sure what 6x6 is but whatever. They're starting off and they need good solid business. 2 people were working, maybe the owner and a young lady. They were doing a good job. However they seemed a little distracted and confused at times.“

“We were pleasantly surprised to find the Monongahela location still has pictures of the surrounding community. Unlike some of the other locations we've been to that have discarded local pictures and replaced them with orange and white circles! The service was exceptional. The wait staff was attentive to all the patrons and we could tell how much they enjoyed working together. My coffee never had a chance to get cold. We enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast that exceeded our expectations and had a fun overall experience made special by the staff. The Monongahela branch of Eat 'n Park is setting the bar. Monongahela is a special place and so is it's Eat 'n Park and the people who work there.“

“Enjoyed an evening here for the 55th reunion of the BVA class of 1968. The setting was very nice for the some 70 classmates and guests. The buffet dinner was one of the best I have eaten with plenty of great food. The two servers did wonders filling plates and seeing to the needs of all. I understood the establishment worked well with the event organizers. I would not hesitate to attend another function here again.“

“Well, technically this is not a separate restaurant from Denny's. It's predominantly a curated and slightly different menu for the DoorDash/GrubHub/insert-food-delivery-service-here crowd. That said, I haven't had a single negative thing to say. The staff that preps and serves the meals at this Denny's location are the same great staff I enjoy when I go there. Good food, reasonable prices, and smooth service.“

“I came close to closing time, so kichen was closing but did have a beer. There were only 3 people in the place so can't really say about the regular atmosphere . The bar tender was very nice.
