Tried having a drink and some appetizers before a Phantoms game. I say tried, cause after waiting over 5 minutes to just put our name in for seating, we left. No one else was waiting, the two ladies manning the check in area were just too busy talking to actually acknowledge us. Couple behind us was frustrated as well. I'm a big guy, not hard to see, but obviously customer service is not their #1 priority. I had been here two other times with average food and average service. Place must not be open or full when there is not a game, so the help is subpar at best. Will try somewhere away from the arena next time.

Went here to celebrate the first game of the Philadelphia eagles 2018 season. This restaurant advertises itself as a "proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles". In attendance were many other Eagles fans wearing Eagles attire. When our waitress arrived oh, she was wearing a New York Giants Jersey even though the Giants were not playing that day. We ordered our food 30 minutes prior to game time and waited patiently. When the game started, all the speakers began to play the national anthem and people either set in their seats quietly or stood out of respect. Our waitress who is next to the bar was yelling loudly laughing and seemingly mocking the national anthem. 30 minutes into game time after about an hour after ordering our food we track down our waitress and ask how long it would be, as we were growing impatient. Our waitress went to the back and came to us and said that our order had been lost and that she would put a new one in. During this time, our waitress went outside it could be seen smoking cigarettes right in front of the restaurant! When she returned, she had Chinese food from outside of the restaurant with her got. And was eating this at the bar. When we finally got our food it was an hour and a half after we ordered it and all of it was cold. Our waitress was absolutely Unapologetic about the situation. We will not be returning to this restaurant. It's very poorly run.
