These people can’t even read their own signs to see their own hours. When come up to the door and try to go in to order they can’t even unlock the door during their posted businesses hours. Then when you do get in they can’t even get your order correct after trying 3 times. Waste of time to try and stop

Drive thru is poorly ran..employees don't like there jobs..I was there in the morning where you can hear them clearly talking over the speaker..how they don't want to be there and how they are not taking no orders..now clearly you can see me waiting because there is a camera there..they continued there conversation..after saying hello once..and they got quite and started laughing telling each other to be quite..I left will never go there again..you should re evaluate the people you have employed there

Burnt my sandwich to the point of it being inedible. Doesn’t pick up phone. Terrible location honestly, no drive through. Getting tired of this mafia like group of people running really awful DD if we are being honest.

The staff is very unhappy and very unpleasant to engage with. Even good mornings, are received with frowns. Definitely not a place you want to go to first thing in the morning. Everyone just looks and engages with you so miserably. The older lady has a lot of attitude and everyone that works at the fulfillment center close by always says it.They sold me hot chocolate that taste like water. I asked the young man about it, who always works there and wears that black dirty hoodie. He said I just work here and my opinion doesn’t matter. This place is full of workers that have attitude, and appear to be just very unhappy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to get some breakfast and a coffee before work. There's a printed sign that states their lobby opens at 7 AM. The doors are locked and they will not let you in. Great way to run a business.

The last few times I got a medium coffee the cup was 1/3 empty. I finally asked if they would fill the coffee to the top. The woman at the morning drive-up was beyond rude. I order my coffee black and use 1 creamer. The woman at the drive-up said in a very condescending tone "It's common sense that we leave space for the creamer." They reduced the size the of the cup and are adding less coffee claiming its for the creamer. If you try to provide feedback at this location they will respond defensively and rudely, hence this 1 star review.

was not satisfied with my drink. I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar, and there was no cream and sugar. And it was filled with ice to the brim. It tasted absolutely disgusting. also was not satisfied with the customer service. I was paying, and I handed her a $10, and I was reaching to give The lady change, and she ignored me. and closed the window. She followed through with the payment after I told her I had change.. The staff is extremely rude. When asking for a refresher I was cut off and with more exasperation than I’ve ever heard, was told they discontinued that one. So I ordered something different as it wasn’t that big of a deal and when I got to the drive thru I suggested they tape over it as that’s not only the photo for the refresher but also listed four times on their menu. The kid at the register told me that’s not his job and I said oh I know not you maybe like your manager that way it’s less you get asked about it and the kid told me it wasn’t his problem and that’s corporates job and he doesn’t care what my suggestion is. Which I get, y’all don’t have control over what’s offered - which I’m never mad about. But don’t be rude to a polite suggestion, as coming from the service industry myself I know it can be annoying. Would recommend avoiding this store until they learn how to be at all polite.
