The food is GREAT. We keep going back. We’ve probably eaten take out from here more than anywhere else in the last year or two.Service dog friendly. They asked the first time and left us alone about it since. 10/10, love being treated like just another patron.Parking: It’s 7th street a block or two before the PPL center. Good luck with street parking. It’s either easy to snag a spot or really really hard. There’s North Lot a little down the block on the right, which is also paid.
I went to the place I didn't like the service (can improve) but what I bought tasted good and looked fresh. This morning (April 5, 2024) I called to order and the girl told me to give her a moment and hung up on me, which is why I still think the service is bad.

HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!!!First time eating here Tuesday Jan 2 2024 . I ordered the crema chicken. Chicken was undercooked and stringy. In addition, to make matters worse there was hair in my food. They said the only accommodation they could make to me was offering me something else. I don’t want anything else miss I don’t like hair in my food!!!!! Also, some guy that works here is sitting in the dining area vaping. Don’t eat here , save your appetite and eat elsewhere.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich W FriesA yuca alcapuria and a potato ballMy fries weren’t in my order after waiting a long time for my food to get deliveredAnd when I bit into my sandwich a bit into a really hard bone!I continued eating after removing the first bone and I bit into two more bones that practically broke my teeth!I’m so disgusted!The Yuca alcapuria was the driest I’ve ever had and I was so turned off by the full negative experience that I did not even touch the potato ball.My fries never arrived before the sandwhich turned cold and soggy but what did any of that matter when I bit into not one or two but three bones! Never ordering from here again.It’s obvious they rush and throw their food around fast without any care as to the quality of food and service.
