We showed up as a team after a long meet day. Expected good service and we’re excited for Moes. Stopped in at this franchise location and were greeted with extremely sour attitudes from the workers. They were speaking another language to other workers instead of providing good service. The portions given for a standard burrito was extremely small. I asked for a double-wrapped burrito and got a single wrap worth of portion. The rice was a large portion, but i was given 12 beans....read full review
Employees seem to have a bit of difficulty with the English language which wasn't a problem on previous visits but today when I apparently got someone else's order at a walk-in visit. I told them what I had as I approached the register and it was barely acknowledged, it was clear she did not understand.It's understandable how difficult it is to get people to work these days but surely we can do a bit better than this. The worst Moe's location! Food had zero taste, was skimpy and tasted days old. Employees are rude, mumble and struggle with English majorly. They have an attitude and act as if they are doing you a favor taking your order.There were what appeared to be high end gang members hanging outside in the parking lot in the middle of a weekday afternoon. Definitely gave off an unsafe feeling and bad vibe there.Staying with the Schoenersville location. Tighman location NEVER again.
