Under new ownership now you don't have to deal with that snotty manager from before. They have a great fish sandwich it's huge. It's only during Lent. They need to serve that all year.
If you love watching, live sports, and simple yet good food, then this is a solid stop. We have always been seated in a timely mannerand each of our waiters and waitresses have been courteous, involved, and efficient. Never had an issue with my families orders and we have always left enjoying our experience.
I was traveling to Altoona on a week night and in the mood for something better than the chain options. I saw Champs and gave it a try. So glad I did! Sitting at the bar, I had a beer (Great local IPA) and checked out the menu. The Delmonico Ribeye jumped out at me, and I placed my order Medium Rare.
