Yum.The white pizza needs a little more flavor to become a favorite. I asked for some garlic salt on the side. It did the trick.My son enjoyed the chicken tenders with fresh cut (?) fries.We'll be back to explore the menu.“

“Wowowowow! After the halfway point of our 28 mile ride, we were hungry and in need of a respite. Just before the West Newton bridge was The Outpost, a food truck evidently known for their smash burgers. Next door was the brewery truck, alas not yet open. With a 14 mile trip back, beer may not have been the best idea anyway. We split a monster burger and a side order of fries. Wow! Crispy patties, melted American cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, oh and bacon. Perfect for sharing. Mike always evaluates burgers on the grilled bun and this quickly rose to first place on his list. The pleasant surprise though was the amazingly friendly young men running the business. They were so polite and worked together as a team, constantly encouraging each other. Turns out that The Outpost is a project of Waypoint Youth and Community Center! A great burger for a great cause. We can't wait to return.“

“We have been ordering the Bone Fire every time we visit Smokey Bones. It became one of our favorites. We've NEVER have a bad experience. The wait staff is great and this time was no exception. “Ive been a regular at the first Filling Station and 9W Market since Stavros and his beautiful wife first opened. They were busy from day 1 and even in the winter months it was a go to spot for great food and friendly service. I have since moved away but still tell all my NJ friends about the Market and Filling Station. I always got a hug and felt appreciated. They cared and had a wonderful manager in Charlie. I hope they don't franchise or license. Owners who care hire staff that cares.“

It's very clean, professional establishment. We will definitely be back. They even have a nice mural of west Newton on the wall!“

“There's a few parking spots right outside for pickup, which is usually what we do. The place is super cute and eclectic, they have a patio which I'd love to see when the weather is nicer! We have gotten take out twice now, both times have been really good. You can taste the quality ingredients for sure. I ordered the California chicken grilled cheese (without the aioli, I know shun me!) but it was awesome. Flavors worked very well together and every ingredient belonged. Would order again with a soup next time! The service here is awesome, everyone I speak to there is always super nice. It's quick to order and get your food and they have a little takeout counter so you're not fighting the bar crowds to pickup.“

When travelling, we prefer to stay off the beaten path. The Headkeeper has now been added to our list of great finds.They provide a great patio bar and seating. After a friendly greeting amd options, we chose to sit inside.Our server, Sarah, was totally on point. Based on our tastes, she assisted in our selections of some 600 beers. Not a beer lover...Try a Jameson Orange cocktail, Dark n Stormy, or other ?The food was top notch. Flash Fried Calamari, Sautéed Forest Mushrooms, French Onion Crostini, and Cauliflower. Portions can work for a table of 4. Can't go wrong with this offering and five drinks for under $100!!Take the time to get to know Sarah, she may even offer her recommendations on some other cool local spots. “An amazing little gem on the border of North Huntingdon and Rillton. Bright atmosphere, friendly, excellent staff and delicious food. We had take out pizza from their previous Hahntown shop, finally dined in at the new location today and we had the Autumn Salad, Meatball Hoagie and Buffalo Cauliflower. On a whim my husband ordered the brownie with ice cream, the best ever!! He can't wait to try their other homemade desert offerings on future visits.“
