“Nice options for different single serving to party serving sizes. We got a red box of nuggets (40 PCs) with American cheese dip, size of cinnamon sugar dip, and pups with American cheese (hot dog in pretzel with cheese). Flavors were nice and yummy. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely, will support them again!“

“Service wise, this place gets five stars. I needed a bunch of pretzels for a work event, called them the day before and they had 100 pretzels ready for me at the time I picked them up. Hot and ready to go with a fair price. I'm not the biggest fan of the overall franchise and I think there are much better pretzels out there. Still, I'd go to Philly Pretzel Factory when I am craving a pretzel. It does the job.“

“Real nice duo of guys working august 13th. I didn’t catch their names but when I went in there at 12P, they were killing it and working hard with the drive thru and service desk. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. My first experience with this place and I’d definitely come back!“
