“Took a friend out for lunch for her birthday. We shared the shrimp and crab roll and I got the Pad Khing with tofu, and opted for the soup. My friend got the green curry with tofu. Everything was delicious! Next time I’ll ask for more spice. Great lunch price point as well.Vegetarian options: You can get tofu with any dish as the protein.“

“Having watched Feed Phil on netflix, we wanted to give this place a whirlas we were traveling through Philly and it is definitely worth the stop. Food was fantastic with many unique options. The only difficulty we found was determining where the parking is located in reference to the restaurant; especially with being from out of town ( i highly suggest a map or an actual address to put into gps).“

“Nice atmosphere, the waiter was really attentive, lots of options on the menu and the food came out quickly and tasted amazing. I also loved that they had a lot of different mocktails on the menu. I got Dan Dan noodles and the sunset marteani and everything was so good. Would definitely come again to try more of their “

“Absolutely devoured our meals. This spot was such a great find with decent size portions and flavorful options. Ordered the corn cakes to start with which were delicious and I loved the small salad that it came with. My friend ordered the basil fried rice which I wasn't as big of a fan for since it was a tad spicy and seemed heavy handed in the spices. I don't believe they asked for the spice levels on any of the dishes we ordered either. I am still dreaming about my soup noodles I ordered. I loved how accommodating they were when I asked for a side of chicken since I wanted to share with my vegetarian friend. They came out with this huge bowl of ground chicken. The soup was flavorful and mild seasoning and not spicy for me and the noodles were cooked to perfection. We were so full we didn't have room for dessert - next time! I'll be back.“

“This place is just recently opened and received pretty good reviews, so I decided to try it out.everything we ordered was tasty with a generous portions, but the flavor was just too sweet for me and my boyfriend. I know Thai food is sweet, but this is another level of sweet. And the coconut noodle soup, it has no flavor and tasted so coconuty. It would have been better if they use rice noodle or glass noodle instead of vermicelli noodle. The ambience is plain, but it looks new and clean. The color of the building looks unattractive in my opinion.Service is good, but it takes awhile for the food to come out. They seem to be more busy with takeout orders.Overall, a decent Thai food with good portion and reasonable price. Tip: pay in CASH, you’ll get 5% off and they also accept Venmo.“

“Food was very good and we would return for the food again. However, service was sporadic. One entrée was brought out first second entrée brought out maybe five minutes later. Waited a little too long for our drinks to be served also. Service was friendly and courteous and stress will be going back. The food was very good.“

“Absolute bang for the buck. I got the Katsu Platter as suggested by the many rave reviews. Perfect aromatic and sticky rice, handful of veggies/salad, topped with crispy light friend chicken katsu, and drizzled with Spicy Mayo and Sriracha. I got the fried egg as well. Sooooo goooodd and FRESH for $11. I’d recommend to eat it right away before the katsu loses its crisp. The box is sturdy enough to walk around and eat.“

“I had a chronic urticaria last year, ever since then i have be visiting the clinic and taking different kinds of medicine but yet no improvement. Few months ago it got worse, the inching becomes unbearable, sometimes it spread all over my body and it almost affected my lungs. One faithful day, Someone saw me when I was at the supermarket here in ATL when I was shopping for some groceries, she walked up to me, we had a nice chat where she told me her experience when she had the same problem, and she was able to get rid of it permanently with herbs from dr festy, I requested for the Dr's contact and i ordered the medicine because at that point I was willing to try anything just to get rid my chronic urticaria. It affected my social life negatively, I hardly associate with people and I became depressed. So after using the herbs I was completely cured and my life is back to normal. I'll keep creating awareness about dr festy's herbal medicine by sharing my story because I know how it feels battling with chronic urticaria. “I love me some Papaya Salad, it did not disappoint. I also had the Pineapple rice with Chicken and it also was delicious. My son had white rice with Beef and Brocolli, he said it was good but my rice was better. We spent a little over $50 but with the way things are these days, I think that’s expected. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.k“

“I am so happy this place opened on 2nd street!! Everything my man and I ordered had such tasty and unique flavor. We ordered the drunken noodles (which I was so excited about and met my expectations), tofu fried rice, crab rangoon, and a few sushi rolls. My man usually says his food is fine, however, he said this place is BANGIN which amazed me. Atmosphere is gorgeous. Service is so sweet and kind although I do think our waitress could have been a bit more attentive to details like water refills, empty plates, etc…I didn’t even mind though because she was so sweet and amazing in every other way. I can’t wait to try more items on the menu and am glad nolibs finally has great sushi!!!!“

“Diving into Golden Triangle unveils not just a meal, but a passport to a culinary expedition specializing in the Southeast Asian flavors of Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Tucked away in the heart of Philly, this humble gem offers an intimate escape to distant lands with its quiet, casual ambiance and a cozy dining room that boasts no more than eight tables. Our adventure began with the Malaysian classic, Roti Canai -- a delightfuly crispy, flaky, chewy marvel that serves as a prelude to the symphony of flavors awaiting us. Paired with a rich curry chicken potato dip, this dish was a standing ovation in the making. Then came the Sambal Shrimp, a bold ensemble of shrimp reveling in a spicy brown sauce, creating a festival of taste that had every fork in the room longing for an encore. The Beef Rendang, while a masterpiece of flavor and tenderness with its slow-cooked, aromatic curry, left us longing for a second act, as the disappointing portion size was more of a soliloquy than a full-fledged aria.Despite the small dining room, Golden Triangle played the perfect host to our group of six (including a baby car seat), accommodating us at their sole large table--a testament to their ability to harmonize space and service. While the Mee Goreng and Penang Char Kway Teow flavors were well balance and added depth to our culinary journey, both dishes lacked a bit of the smoky "wok hay" that I was yearning for. The Burmese Kimchi introduced a zestful twist to the meal as it was our first time trying any Burmese food, but it wasn't particularly memorable. In the end, the Roti Canai and Sambal Shrimp emerged as our favorites of the night.Overall, Golden Triangle is more than a dining destination; it's a quiet nook where flavors dance and diners are invited to a show that tantalizes the taste buds and warms the heart. With its intimate atmosphere and welcoming vibe, it stands out as a beacon for those seeking an immersive culinary experience in Center City. Here's to more explorations at this quaint culinary corner, where the world feels both vast and intimately close, all within the confines of its quiet, casual dining room.“

“Lovely little restaurant. We were not planning to eat out this Valentine Day, but happenstance changed the day & we found ourselves looking for dinner. This location popped up on Google, so we headed over. From the outside it looks like any other, but inside it is so sweet! Woven tapestry table coverings, sculpture & paintings all around, soft music AND the sweetest staff! We had tea, appetizer, Gummlai Rice & a Fried Crab dish I forget the name of. Although the fried dishes were a bit too greasy, they were delicious & the rice was spot on. So good.If you are looking for tastey Thai with a comfortable, family friendly atmosphere this is the one.“

“The smell of food lures you in to the welcome atmosphere. I ate the Spicy Basil Fried Rice with Chicken as my protien. If you are on a date this is perfect if both like spicy. I wasn't expecting the portion to be so big. Very surprising gem in Kensington. Nice chunks of chicken as well. I will be sure to try the mega popular soup when I return. After eating from this place, now the only Chinese food I will be eating is General Tso"s Chicken or Shrimp. Awesome eating.Vegetarian options: You can also request no protien for the fish specialty dishes as well.“

“I’ve been here twice now, I enjoyed every dish I have received so far! I’ve gotten the green papaya salad, Thai style, the tofu in tamarind sauce, the Laos sausages, and the banh-xeo with tofu. All really good so far and well flavored and textured. Their banh-xeo was by far my favorite both times I went and then their Laos sausages are amazing and have all the sauces and vegetables I anticipated. I can’t wait to try more! The service was also really good and professional as usual! Ive also had the Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai ice tea, Vietnamese coffee was better to me!“

“I had fried rice with chicken and steak. It was delicious. Only problem was I ask for mild but I didn't taste anything spicy at all not even a lil kick. Next time I'm going to try hot. But overall nice neighborhood right next to Rita water ice. Great customer service and great first dish. I definitely recommend people to try Thai food from here.“

“My time at this restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed the well-made food and the ambiance of the place. This was my first time coming to a restaurant that allowed you to bring your alcohol to the place, and I loved it.Additional Note:For spice enthusiasts, this restaurant offers unique flexibility. You can adjust the spice level of your dish on a scale of 1 to 5, allowing you to truly customize your dining experience.I recommend getting it at levels 4 or 5 for those who like spicy food. I asked for a level of 3 for spice, and the food tasted mild.“

“Had their three course lunch special on a Wednesday. The entire menu except three appetizer items is inherently vegan! No fish sauce nor oyster sauce used in anything! It’s a vegan heaven. Salad soup and entree for under $10 bucks! It was a great deal and the food was fresh and delicious. The server Nikki was very friendly, prompt, and welcoming. It’s a shame they are not very busy during lunch hours considering how good the food is and the price can’t be beat. Will definitely go back again. Would love to try their dinner menu which has a lot more items than lunch. Five stars from me.“

“Excellent Thai food. We ordered chicken spring rolls and chicken satay for appetizers. Spring rolls were crunchy and flavorful and the satay was spicy and sweet. The chicken Pad Thai was very tasty and the presentation was beautiful. Just don’t sit by the door if it’s cold out, customers tend to leave it open. They could benefit by putting a automatic door closer on that door.“

“Great little place + very decent prices for these days, i've been steady disappointed by Thai lately and can't afford even a lot of hole in the wall places. It's very rare that a curry is fully flavorful, they were nice, simple cute spot, definitely was busy with tons of takeout, cooked fresh so there was a bit of a wait which seemed normal considering it's a small spot. Rare to find a place worth going back! The Thai iced tea was correct!“

“This neighborhood Thai restaurant is one of our favorite "celebration just 'cause we wanna" places. The food is consistently well done, making choosing our meal difficult - it's ALL GOOD. The atmosphere is cozy with warm wood panelling and traditional depictions of people with elephants (lots of elephants). The room is quiet enough to actually enjoy conversations. We went mid-week and there was a live guitarist playing softly. To say we left happy is to understate the comfortably filled contentment we felt. If you are anywhere near Huntingdon Valley, you really should go to this lovely little restaurant.“

“This was a surprise on our 5th night in Philly. We had a group of small plates. Pork dumpling in chili oil, glazed sting beans, Indian pancakes with curry, peking duck buns, and Singapore noodles. If the food is this quality all the time, they have hit a home run. Add in the excellent drinks menu with well crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and there is nothing to fault here. Would definitely come back.“

“Absolutely amazing Thai food to go. We ordered the Fried Tofu (super crispy and firm but not dried or greasy), shumai (pretty good but a bit dense and could not really make out the shrimp or crab), fantastic Tom ka (order it spicy!), pad Thai, drunken noodles, and sweet and sour chicken for the kids! The noodles were good and spicy and the kiddos loved the sweet and sour. It was such good chicken, the adults even enjoyed. But the cherry on top was the absolutely kind and sweet phone and in person service - which is becoming a diamond in the rough. Super impressed from the first hello to the last bite!“

“The food and service really sing here. Atmosphere is light and open... very nice. The menu is not 'expansive', but what they have is all very well prepared. Service is on point. Timely, good with recommendations, relaxed. “The salmon was really tender and delicious. The rice however was really mushy and grainy? This was my first time trying Thai food so maybe that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I can’t speak on service and atmosphere because the food was bought for me. I wouldn’t eat the rice again but the grilled salmon and chicken spring rolls were great.“

“Super nice staff, friendly and attentive. Decided I needed a spicy hot soup of something before hitting the theater tonight, so I remembered this place not far from the office and en route to the Academy of Music. Tom kha soup hit the spot. Next up was the appetizer salad of yum woon sen, glass noodles that came with shrimp and chicken and just the right hit of pepper and spice with a splash of lime and citrusy flavors. Lovely and easy.“

“Ordered the coconut salmon and it did not disappoint. Incredible sauce with a perfectly cooked piece of salmon. The spicy flavoring really gave it a unique kick.
