Ordered via Uber Eats and one hour later the order status changed to delaying by 40 minutes, then at the time it was suppose to be delivered, a note was sent that Papa johns cancelled the order. Terrible service and I will never order from this store again. And I will write Uber eats as well to give them 0 stars as well. Pizza Hut it is!!!!
Ordered pizzas for home for gathering in plenty of time for dinner. Waiting. Waiting waiting finally after 90 minutes cold pizzas were attempted to be delivered. It was NOT the fault of the door dash driver but of new process at Papa Johns. Now have call center service to receive any complaints. You cannot reach the local branch at ALL! I refused the pizzas as they were very unappetizing and had to go to branch to get my refund. Will never use company again. Deleted from app.

Easily the worst. Pretty sure they are doing shady business practices. We ordered 2 pizzas (one topping) last night…besides the fact that the total came to $45 which is INSANE, when we placed the order, we did so for delivery. After the order was placed, it was changed in the app to “in store carry out” so after over an hour of waiting, we checked the tracker and saw that is was ready for “pick up”.
