Stumbled upon Pelican's snoballs while on my way to the park in Bellefonte. It must be new because the last time I was in town in December, it wasn't here. I love a NOLA style shaved ice and decided to stop. We got the superhero (blue razz + cherry) with cream and a birthday cake. Both were super good and refreshing on a hot August day! My wife & I had Pelican's at Myrtle Beach & were excited to see it come to Bellefonte. It has quickly become a good habit! The atmosphere is friendly & positive. All the kids working there (including the little guy!) are friendly & super professional. And...100+ flavors. More reason to keep going back for more! May God bless you with a fruitful (pun intended) business that becomes a Bellefonte tradition.

Very delicious and reasonably priced! I see why it’s packed every time I drive by! I got half coffee half egg custard with sweetened condensed milk as a topping and it was delicious
