I came here with my niece and I will most certainly be back the snowcone flavor was amazing and a 4 dollar regular is more than enough for an adult the pricing is very fair and having color changing spoons for the kids is a nice touch for only 50 centsParking: parking right out front with 2 van accessible handicap parking spotsKid-friendliness: every flavor on the board has a funny description and when you get a gummy for your snow cone it's hidden in the middle so your child can have fun digging for itWheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp on the left side of the building directly in front of the 2 handicap spot

Stumbled upon Pelican's snoballs while on my way to the park in Bellefonte. It must be new because the last time I was in town in December, it wasn't here. I love a NOLA style shaved ice and decided to stop. We got the superhero (blue razz + cherry) with cream and a birthday cake. Both were super good and refreshing on a hot August day! The young man working was also very nice and quick. Inside is clean and there are outdoor tables. Nice little spot. One remark is that it melts so quick! We got a regular and kiddie size too, not sure how anyone could eat the avalanche one without it being just liquid syrup! I NEED to go back and try the dill pickle, I didn't see that flavor until after I had ordered!

This place is delightful and the employees are sweet. The snowcones are amazing and there's a ton if flavors. Unfortunately the company pushes religious values with prayers on the wall and a "prayer box" on the counter. I'd love to enjoy snowcones without getting Jesus shoved down my throat, and I'd like to believe my dollars aren't going towards the megachurch.
