The food was good the seating was plenty the staff was polite everything was clean neat amd organized like it like. Security was on Segways everywhere I looked . The mall has the game together no complaints no hassles no worries. Plenty of parking outside .

Placed online order on 1/7/22 using their website and it stated that they were opened. When I arrived to pick up my order, they were closed. They took the order and money while were closed. Horrible place.

I'll start by saying that this wasn't always the case, but that's enough now... just because you have to work doesn't mean you can or should be rude to people. I have to agree with some of these other reviews. God forbid you ask a question. No one should be made to feel like they're being such a bother for coming out to your location and getting food. What's going to happen once you drive all the customers away?Work on not ignoring people, that's a good start.I won't be coming back to this location.

I ordered from Grubhub from this place today 08/31/21 and the food was disgusting. When it got to me the food was soggy and they added bacon something I did not ask for. I order a strawberry lemonade and they gave me this watered down regular lemonade. This food was a mess NEVER again from here. They hang up on you when you try to exlain your order. This is bad business.

Went to your establishment today at 3:30 and the lady at the front was extremely rude she claims she’s the manager when we ask for the manager and she refused to serve us. When we first walked up to the counter she was having a conversation with an employee and totally ignored us we said excuse me and she again ignored us after I said to her you’re being very rude we are the customer she refused to serve us.If she is indeed the manager you do not need someone like this working in your establishment please look into this incident and please get back to me as soon as possible thank you

My six-year-old loves this place, which is the only reason we go. While the food is decent, the service is HORRIBLE.I commend those working during COVID, so I always make sure to leave a generous tip, even for takeout. However, the girl who works behind the counter is absolutely miserable. You ask for ketchup, she gives you a look. You ask for napkins, she says there are already some (one) in your bag. You ask for a small dish or container, she tells you, “It’s takeout. That’s why you have a bag.” Honestly, she is unbelievable.If I could dig my hand into that tip jar, I would take out every tip I’ve ever left for her.You want to work, great. But at least do so with a smile (albeit fake or not) and not treat your customers like jerks for simply placing an order.

Garbage. Straight trash; food, service, cleaniness, prices, quality, and quantity. Terrible experience, the employees rather speak to eachother instead of servicing their customers that were waiting in line.

Employees were talking to each for 5 min while I am standing in front of them before asking to take my order Then continued to move slowly No customers in line took 30 min to get food Horrible service
Trash customer service, asked what the managers name was and they refused to give it to me.... I recorded the counter girl (for proof of the trash service) saying she doesn’t know who it is... or who is in charge.... sad sad place. Management needs to hire more carefully if they care about their reputation..

zero stars if possible , very rude and when I asked if they could scrape all the old steak meat off the grill before they cooked my chicken on it they refused then asked me multiple times if I want it or not when I already said I wanted it . disgrace !!!
