“I'm not a big fan of their pizza because the crust tastes like cardboard but the cheesesteaks and wings are really good! Good variety and selection for a quick dinner night.”
“Absolutely wonderful good and very friendly people. I highly recommend pretty much everything on the menu, however if you are unsure then I would try the Cuban with fries. Everything is freshly made so it is not fast but completely worth it. My daughter loves the walking tacos.”
“The pizza chef and kitchen staff are very accommodating and will make your orders just the way you like them every time! The food is some of the best around! We love the pizza and I recommend the desserts, especially cake slices, bacon wrapped scallops and the cheesesteak Stromboli!”
“Great food very clean an the staff is very nice. We love the fried chicken and fish sandwiches the cheesesteaks and the cheese fries.Parking: Very big parking lot”
“We always feel like we belong. The owner is very nice and always takes time out of her busy night to talk to us. I would recommend that you stop in for a drink and a game of pool or PA skills games.”
“Our family (4 kids, 5 adults and a baby) stopped for a meal. Although only 2 staff members working, due to illness, we had a good time. Food was good and patrons considerate of our kids (no profanity, vulgar songs or inappropriate talk) which I truly appreciate since it’s rare anymore. Would definitely visit again if in the area!”
“The woman at the drive-thru on 12/6/24 at approximately 6:45 am was so pleasant! Our breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Thanks for providing weary travelers with a quality product and friendly staff.Parking: Brightly lit lot at Love's Truck Stop.”
“Great fun and excellent smoothie! The only downside is that it can be tricky to get in at that busy intersection. The staff must do energy shots all day. They are in the zone ! The coffee is just as expert as the competitor. S. Not as expensive though.Betsy the pup says “don’t forget the pup cup! Good to the last drop! “ Her nose got stuck!”
“For excellent, locally roasted coffee- you should be here. The passion for their craft is inspiring. Personal fav- The Dirty Chai, I won’t go to therapy without one.”
“We held a luncheon here after my father's funeral. The staff and service was amazing from the planning to the event. They made everything very easy during a difficult week for my family. The food was very good as well. Thank you so much!”
“My son is absolutely addicted to their wings and cheese fries. I am here at LEAST twice a week.....have also gotten sandwiches and pizza, and everything is delicious. Grilled ham and cheese is amazing. Highly Recommend!!!”
“Awesome food with very large portions, the atmosphere is great with awesome traditional Italian decor. Alexa was our server and provided an amazing service we will definitely be ”
“A delicious experience! Incredible brisket, a delicious brisket cheesesteak over flowing with fresh jalapeño, cheese & onions. Fresh cut fries that were made perfectly! Must have the fluffy, moist cornbread!! Saving the best for last, the GREEN BEANS! You won't stop eating them!! Cheers to Chef Tyler & his awesome Mom! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!Parking: Parking in back. Quick walk to front door.”
“I had one of the best meals of my life here last week. We were a large group, so we had a selection of six appetizers - which were all delicious - and then I had the branzino entree, which was incredible!”
“Went for dinner on a Saturday around 5pm. Wait wasn’t long. Plenty of choices on the new menu. Meatloaf was delicious and not dry. Chicken and dumplings were tasty with a side of carrots. I believe the complete dinner was only about $17 but plenty of food- good portion size. Everything was delicious and the service was good. I was definitely not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Willl be back when I get a chance. Everything was greaf.”
“This place sells only the finest foods available, donuts are the best you will ever eat.Chocolate milk is the best tasting around!Great place! And Windy Knoll is the very finest ice cream one can ”
“The best pizza anywhere! I have been going to P&J's for the past 15+ years and Pete and John have put in the work to make sure that the quality of their food is second to none. We are enjoying a pizza with bacon, as well as a side order of sugar donuts as I write this. I cannot express just how good it is and how blessed this little town is to have a restaurant like P&J's. Extremely well done!”
“Top notch and quick service despite it being St. Patty's day. I had the Boxty, Corned Beef Hash, and The Lucky Charm martini. They did NOT skimp on the spirits. It was a great time with my girl friends for brunch and will definitely be back for their regular brunch offerings.”
“The appetizer, entree, and dessert were all top notch. We could tell by the way the food was presented that it was going to be good and it didn’t disappoint. We will be back!”
“Made reservations for 3pm for 5 adults and 3 children. We got there 10 mins before 3 and check in and they tell me that it will be an hour and a half wait! Like what are you talking about I made a reservation for 3 for 8 ppl and I have to now wait an hour and a half because you gave my table away before my reservation time. Wth kind of customer service is that and why even have it to make a reservation if they only going to give away your table to walk ins. So we decided to take tables side by side which was okay but very upset they gave table away for ppl that make reservations. If we decide to go back we are not gonna make reservations and see how that goes. Didnt know your considered a party if you have more than 7ppl. Waitress Courtney was awesome.”
“I loved the (seafood) atmosphere. Nice service - on the bar side. Really enjoyed the SHRIMP and GRITS. Highly recommend going again. Little pricey for (1) person; however, the food was great ?”
“Our bartender (Sam, If I remember correctly) was SO wonderful and attentive. We enjoyed our fair share of craft beer and had some of the BEST dry rub wings here.We really enjoyed the Trusted Companion / ESB brew - but they had plenty of great stouts, IPAs, etc. on the menu. Definitely worth making a stop!We are also visiting from out of town and noticed that the people are just generally very friendly. If you are planning a trip from out of town - this is certainly THE place to stop!”
“The best Chinese food in town. All the others are not good compared to this. Sit down and have a meal here. It’s way better. Don’t order it delivery or pick up. Come inside and enjoy. The place is clean and friendly.”
“We were driving from New York City to Pittsburgh and stopped here when they were closing the restaurant. We were seated quickly, the food and the service were excellent. Don’t forget to have ice cream.”
“The food here feels more authentic. The spice level can go very hot. I am a kinda person who loves hot but I think for most people anything above level 5 can be very hot. I liked the taste of food. I hope they open full dine in soon. The parking is a little confusing, it's in the back. Overall I would recommend this place.Naan was relatively smaller for the price. That is something they can improve on I think.”
“Food: it was very tasty. However , my husband got the lobster Mac-n-cheese and gave it an “ok”. It lacked flavor. I had chicken primavera which I enjoyed but for the price I was hoping I’d actually get chicken in it. My father in law had 1 of the 3 that were available that evening pork chops special. he thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good , the drinks were good but it seemed overpriced. Expect $16 cocktails. We still will go backService : our waitress offered to turn up lights for us. They also took off two of our desserts for our birthday dinner which was unexpected and generous.Atmosphere : it’s trendy , I love the decor , but it’s Dark !! We sat in corner and very little lighting . The waitress did offer to turn up lights but I didn’t want to bother everyone else’s experience . We still enjoyed our time and will go back”
“This is a hidden gem......the bread is light and airy and the sandwiches were stuffed with cooked to order fillings. I had the Buffalo cheese streak and had room for more afterward! Highly recommend this place”
“Plans changed last minute and, with only a few days before the event, Tara saved me and pulled off a miracle. Everyone loved the cake. Moist, delicious, beautiful, what more can you ask.”
“I had a 2200 mile fiber optic contract in Pittsburgh, PA. It lasted 12 weeks. I went to Longhorns at least once a week if not more often. I love the Outlaw steak. That's all I ever get due to the fantastic flavors and tenderness. My youngest daughter (23 yrs) joins me with the Outback. But, the rest of my family enjoys the filets, Salmon, and chicken entrees.I know that almost $30 for the Outlaw could sound a little expensive. But, when you compare the same steak ($50) at other restaurants. Do the math.... I'm not naming the restaurant. I've had two $50 steaks. One absolutely the best. The other not even close!! I know Longhorn is always consistent.PS. You definitely have to try the sweet potatoe with butter and cinnamon! It's like dessert.”
“Got Beef and Cheddar with Fried Pickles..sandwich had a nice Smokey flavor but it was cold and fried Pickles were cut to thick..Everything else was AWESOME!!!!!..”
