I love the franchise owners of this company so I can't bear to give them less than four stars, but it was a little disappointing. I would like to share my experience at Moe's in Bethel Park today because it was so great! A crew member named Emily waited on me. I have a daughter who has Celiac Disease, so I have to order gluten free for her. Emily knew right away the protocol to follow in order to cut down on the chances of getting my food cross contaminated. This is my family's fave Moe's to visit! The staff is always welcoming & friendly. We pretty much get the same things every time we go (veggie burritos) & it's always good. Never had a problem & always the highlight of our week when we visit :) We tend to get there late too (sometimes close to closing time) & they still treat us well & don't make us feel hurried.
