i’ve been going to moe’s for a while now but this is BY FAR the worst one i have ever been to! if i could give the food and service 0 stars i would. everyone’s attitude here is trash just like the food. this will be my first and last time going to this location. most of the employees that work here are very miserable so i would advise you go to another location.

This is my family's fave Moe's to visit! The staff is always welcoming & friendly. We pretty much get the same things every time we go (veggie burritos) & it's always good. Never had a problem & always the highlight of our week when we visit :) We tend to get there late too (sometimes close to closing time) & they still treat us well & don't make us feel hurried. Awesome place to eat!Vegetarian options: We're vegan so we order without meats & cheese.Parking: No parking restrictions. Always spacious.

I love the franchise owners of this company so I can't bear to give them less than four stars, but it was a little disappointing. Maybe people were just having a rough day but the manager on site was not especially friendly to any of the customers, ( the lady in front of me didn't quite understand the half and half meat option versus double meat option and the manager was pretty impatient about it) both the freestyle machines weren't maintained as they were out of NNS ( non nutritive sweetener so not the diet drinks had any sweetness to them) tables were dirty, trash needed changed, salsa bar needed refilled and they certainly weren't short staffed. Questionable portioning on food items but the actual food was good aside from the tofu which had clearly been sitting in the hot well for an extended period of time ( it was a Friday in Lent so don't judge me with the tofu LOL) and also there was no "welcome to Moe's" I love Moe's so I hope that this location gets it together and maintains the reputation that Moe's deserves.*still better than chipotle

The best Moe's location in Pittsburgh I have experienced so far, in terms of food quality and employee service.

Moes is way better than Chipotle, 5 mins away from chipotle & would rather drive 25 minutes to get moes instead. Free Chips, free salsa, can’t beat that.

I would like to share my experience at Moe's in Bethel Park today because it was so great! A crew member named Emily waited on me. I have a daughter who has Celiac Disease, so I have to order gluten free for her. Emily knew right away the protocol to follow in order to cut down on the chances of getting my food cross contaminated. She was very knowledgeable and friendly even though making something gluten free can take more time because they change their gloves and get some of the items from underneath, so it has not been contaminated by the gluten. As a customer I appreciate her knowledge and willingness to help in this area. I also have to commend the manager at this store because even when I see new faces, they all seem to be knowledgeable about gluten free and the protocol to follow. The manager is doing a great job at training these new employees. It means so much to us having a daughter with Celiac Disease that at this location of Moe's the employees go out of their way to make her food as safe as possible. There are not many restaurants she can eat at because they do not have a protocol to follow to cut down on the chances of cross contamination. Again, thank you all so much at this Moe's Bethel Park location - you guys are the best.

Beans dripped over food options made eating safely with a legume allergy extremely difficult and limited. No alternative lean proteins were available for 20 minutes when we asked if a fresh batch of chicken was an option. With no more mushrooms and the cheese not even fully melted in my quesadilla, I don't know that I'll be returning to Moe's.

The energy and vibe has shifted here from my visit last year. Idk if there is new management or what but the staff seems nicer and happier and the food and service was great! Yum! ? Thanks Moes!

Moes is always so welcoming. The last time I was there the employees were so friendly. Moes is always nice and neat. But they are really busy all of the time. Which everyone should take in to an account that they may not get to you right away do to the fact that they are dealing and busy doing other things. Such as online orders and in store orders they really try to make everyone feel as if they are apart of the family so please everyone just be nicer to them they will get to you soon as they finish what they have to do. Don’t be rude to them they got other stuff that they need to finish. Thank you
