The staff works hard to please customers, and while not perfect, they receive high praise for their efforts. Take-out options are available, but the value may not be as high as dining in due to limited refills and smaller portions for certain sides. The new Brussel sprouts appetizer is acceptable, but not exceptionally valued for its price. The sweet potato fries could be crispier. The Bonzai burger is a standout menu item, and the service is commendable. All employees are described as nice, contributing to the overall positive dining experience.
