“Today was my first time getting food from here. Christmas Day, didn't want leftovers for dinner so decided to place an order for pickup. It's super tiny but OMG the Filet Mignon Hibachi was amazing!!!! When I picked it up the super nice guy behind the counter was telling me about how they make their sauces in house and I have to say it's amazing. A lot of hibachi places the sauce is so strong you can't really taste the vegetables. Not Kyoto! Everything tasted earthy and fresh and just absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my tasty Christmas dinner and we will absolutely be back :)”

“Our evening started with a table outside which I thoroughly enjoyed. Our server Luigi took our cocktail order and we ordered salads to start. I recalled when he just started as a server a couple of years ago and he is wonderful. Very sweet and attentive to ensure a great dining experience. I had a Freska Cocktail...absolutely divine, it had Broker's Gin and Skinos Matisha liquer over pebble ice and a cucumber slice curled up for fragrance and beautiful appearance. To say I enjoyed this cocktail is an understatement. It was fab. My salad was the tomato 'Village' salad which is served with everything I appreciate, wonderful Olives, capers, cucumbers, thinly sliced red onions, wedges of feta and some other fresh herbs with a light dressing. It was delicious. My husband had the beet salad which had different color beets and as well wedges of feta. All so fresh. For dinner my husband had the filet mignon and I had the grilled Lamb Chops with lemon potatoes and stuffed eggplant. The white wine was delicious as well. This is our go to restaurant. The owner Melissa could not be more pleasant as well. When I told her how much we enjoyed dinner we had a nice conversation.”

“We were looking for a BBQ caterer for our annual Memorial Weekend Party and having a difficult time finding one we liked. Someone recommended The Taste Smokers and on a rainy Saturday afternoon we stopped in to try the food. To be honest, we didn't expect it to be any better than the others, we were sooo wrong. The food is incredible and we decided at that moment we had to have them cater our party. We spent 2 hours with Q and V planning what we were going to serve and enjoying ther company. We left feeling like family. The party was yesterday. Q arrived on time and the food was hot and ready to serve. Q sliced the Brisket cap fresh and cleaned up the kitchen. The food was incredible and our guests were raving. The ribs were perfect, the Brisket moist and tasty, the wings were a particular hit and the Brisket meatballs wrapped in bacon were fantastic. Pitmaster Q was welcomed with a round of applause from our guests. He waited to make sure everyone was enjoying the food. He genuinely loves what he does and his pride in his food is well deserved. This was hands down the best barbecue we've served and we will have them back again. Plus Q & V are awesome!!!”

“I was floored seeing only 92% of people would recommend Mitzi’s. That other 8% can, well, you know. We love Mary, Nikki, and Tasha. They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!”

“We went to Social Still on the recommendation of a friend. We were coming in from out of town for a concert and to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Social Still did not disappoint. The atmosphere and staff were perfect. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. We started with some cocktails, ( both of us are admittedly picky about drinks), and we loved ours so much we left with a bottle of botanical gin. The food was delicious, I had the crab and chorizo beignets. Such a great combo and excellently prepared. The hand cut fries were a nice add on and disappeared from the table as soon as we started eating them. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I really appreciated the menu item “by a round of drinks for the kitchen staff”. That shows me that it is run by people who care about each other. We will be making a point to come back!”

“Tonight was the first time I have been to Adagio. We came in as a party of 13. My friend had made reservations so that was a very good idea. We did a Galentine’s day. Our server Cathryn (not sure of the correct spelling) was amazing. They had a large group of regulars that they were unaware was coming in there tonight. We were in no rush but she explained and still managed to get everything done in an extremely timely manner. I love shrimp but didn’t want anything on the menu so I asked if there was a way I could have shrimp scampi so we got that figured out. This was the best shrimp scampi I’ve had in my life. I hope someone can please pass that on to the chef. I don’t know what is in his/her sauce but it was just perfect. There was also a great shrimp to pasta ratio. Cathryn had to keep bringing up crabs for the all you can eat for about 5 of my friends. I can’t speak for them but from the looks of it they were probably I know people complain often about anything lately so I wanted to let people know how much I loved it and I’m looking forward to going back again.”

“Tavern at the Sun Inn saved the day today - actually Scott did! The food truck was closed today and I was sent upstairs to the bar, thank goodness we did! My friend and I had set in our minds what we wanted to beverage but now had no idea since the other menu was specific to the truck. Scott had asked what he could get us - my reply was simple- I needed one drink to be cherry bounce and another to be made with boilo. He did not disappoint!! Cherry bounce mule and the other was an apple cider boilo martini…I can’t even say which was better because they were both equally amazing! I didn’t catch the girl’s name that was also working up there, but she was a huge help with assisting me with carrying all the drinks to our table. Such a great place with amazingly friendly people working there! Can’t wait to visit again!”

I had, unenthusiastically, planned to order a hamburger and fries, but the server talked me into having the French Onion Soup and Chicken Caesar Salad instead. I'm so glad she did.The Chicken Caesar was delicious, but it was far overshadowed by the soup. The soup was simply delicious. I will probably be talking about it for quite a while.”

It was BEAUTIFUL!! It was just as I had asked it to be. The ice cream cake was mint oreo and chocolate, with chocolate crunch in the middle, and it was delicious (as is all their ice cream). “I had a surprise birthday party for my husband at Artisan recently, and I can say with confidence that Artisan is THE place to have your private party! From the moment I first spoke with the manager, Glennie, the planning and coordination was easy and pleasant. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful, always working to make sure all of my questions were answered. Glennie was very accommodating with the changes I made along the way to the menu, and also to the special requests I had for certain food items and drinks. She made the planning so easy and fun. The hardest part was selecting the food options from their menu – there were so many wonderful things to choose from! The guests all expressed what a great place it was, and how good the food and drinks were. The venue itself is so warm and cozy, and it was perfect for the 56 guests we had. Glennie and her staff were very attentive, making sure that all of the guests had what they needed. It didn’t seem like “work” to them, as they were so friendly and warm while serving the guests. Many of our guests were never there before, and I do know some of them will return. I would not hesitate to plan another event at Artisan!”

“Great food and generous portions. Easy to over order not expecting the portions to be so large. But everything was cooked properly and delicious. Service was very good initally with several servers taking care of our needs. But by the end of the meal and waiting for a dessert menu, our server seemed to have forgotten us and after about 20-25 minutes of waiting I asked another server for help and was promptly taken care of afterward. Our main server did aplogize. It seemed that with so many servers handling each meal, it's easy to get mixed up with the result that the main server is thinking that a diner's needs are being addressed by someone else when they are not. Clearly it should be a main server with one assistant but throughout the course of our meal I had the main server, at least 2 assistants, and a floor manager I asked for help when we were forgotten.”
