I really don’t know what happened to this location, but the ice cream is actually horrible. It tastes like sandpaper. The quality has been going downhill for a few years now, but it’s really bad lately. I really don’t recommend them, but they’re the only ice cream store on this side of town.
I asked for congratulations Aric( I spelled it out) on the cake. His name was wrong and I corrected her again, she then scraped off the e and added a horrible a. when I got home I noticed that it said happy birthday. Management yelled at me saying she was running a store alone give her a break, I was the only one in the store which had just opened. If management can't handle one person and one cake...it's time for new management.
went for Bogo sundaes. they asked me if I wanted whipped cream and I said no thank you. when it was time to pay they told me without whipped cream it doesn't count as a sundae so it can't be part of the free offer. they should probably tell you that ahead of time or not ask if you want it. rip off
