I'm originally from the ironbound section of Newark, NJ and always have Portuguese restaurants near by. After moving to Pennsylvania, I was having a hard time finding a Portuguese Restaurant. (I'm Portuguese)There is a Europa in Elizabeth, NJ and I seen there was one here. (Not sure if they are the same owners). I ordered picadinho today for pickup and it was so good! Definitely my go to now! Obrigada! A comida estava tão boa!

This was a good place to eat with reasonable prices & good quality food , then they relocated to main st Freemanburg & it went down hill from there .. A combo was $20 & now it's $33? Not to mention the shrimp in garlic sauce appetizer was $10 & now it's $18.. The French fries were like eating crunchy potato chips .. ?

The best barbecue place i have ever been to in my life and i mean it. Love the food. Everything on the menu is a delight and specially the chorizo. The owner is a super friendly guy and he makes sure that you feel home. Been going to this place since 5 years now and it never disappointed not even for once. If you’re doing a takeout, try the meat platter, its just justice done right for the money you spent. They do have BYOB which is a plus. And their flan is a must try after dinner.

Always a great meal here! Love the chicken combo with either the steak (perfectly done as ordered), pork ribs or shrimp. We always get it with the rice and black beans. Owner is super nice and welcoming. I have bought trays of food from here when I have a large crowd and it never disappoints!

What a great place to get food from! The chicken is perfectly done and we love to pair it with the pork ribs, shrimp and the steaks (always perfectly cooked how I like them). We usually get rice and black beans as our side but have also had the fresh salad. We have eaten here for many years and recommend to others. We also have ordered large trays of food when we've had a large amount of guests to feed at our house. It never disappoints.

This was NOT what the place looked in appearance. Their food was awful. The meat was the lowest quality. The fries burnt. I mean come on photos look great but realistically it was nothing close to how the place looks.

Absolutely great food! Bought some food yesterday thru Grubhub for my guys at work. They loved it. Growing up my family and I always came to Europa after an event. The chicken, the pork, ribs, and of course the chorizo (Portuguese sausage) its fantastic. I'll be ordering from here more often now that I'm down at Action Rental.

The food is always delicious..the menu has changed quite a bit, I'm assuming due to covid, and only one guy working inside. He is busting his butt, and still giving great service.

Perfectly grilled chicken, steak and ribs were delicious! Take out only right now, but it was ready when they said it would be and generous portions. Nice people. Cant wait ro go back, looking forward to after the pandemic is over for indoor dining.
