Usually it's been okay but had a serious issue last week with this location. Their app let me online order but when I arrived (at 830 PM) this Burger King was closed randomly (closed over 3 hours earlier than they normally are). There were cones set up blocking the drive-thru and the parking lot + store was dark. So they had time to plan an early closing, but didn't update their app?How about updating the BK app that you are closed rather than taking our money and time? It was annoying to have to troubleshoot getting a refund and my reward points back. I was relying on that order for my overnight shift meal but I will go to more reliable fast food places next time.

The big guy behind the counter was awesome. Everyone else was NOT happy and were openly complaining about being there. As a business owner, I'd fire everyone on your night shift staff except for the older gentleman. I'd hire him to run the night shift crew.

Great place to eat with my son we Love the food. I'm really tired of the dining room being closed. 7p.m. on a Saturday night and the doors are locked and they throw a sign up saying about " due to staffing the dining room is closed this evening'. Honestly it's a load of B.S. When the dining room is open the atmosphere is great though because my kid likes to eat in at Burger King. There's no reason the dining room should be closed and it happens almost every Saturday. If the staff can service customers through drive thru. Then they can service the customer in the dining area too.

Quick service, friendly, clean. Food good and also hot. For a fast food restaurant I'm not sure what else you would want. I go here frequently and they also have never messed up my order.

Ordered a 2-12 tried paying to add lettuce and tomato was told they could not do it. Even if I paid extra. Added a value burger to the order and was allowed to upcharge for lettuce and tomato. Made my order wrong. Not very nice customer service.
