It's 635am and my truck is too large for the drive through so I parked and attempted to walk in to order. Doors locked, drive through line to the entrance, and some goofy older guy with glasses just stares at me tryna get in, looks at my truck parked then ignores me. No hours of operation posted on the doors. Several employees inside tending to drive thru but can't take walk in customers at 630am? Who runs this particular Dunkin? Do better you're failing.

They close their doors early and only run drivethrough...called to ask for coffee beings our trucks would t fit and got hung up on... this is becoming a norm for dunkin since covid and their work ethics suck....

I drink alot of dunkin daily, I live in shamokin and ours is closed for renovation and I drive to sun ury e very morning to get my coffe,I work in bloom and the service sucks over here,the employees most of them anyway are very rude all the time...

I never really have anything bad to say about Dunkin! Only some minor mistakes that don't bother me. I always get a mocha frozen coffee with whip cream and chocolate and Carmel drizzle but they didn't add the drizzle, and today I tried the maple bacon and egg croissant, the bacon is so good, the sandwich was a little smooshed but I didn't mind.

Just watched my drink get made and then rot behind the counter for 10 minutes as I stood there waiting. Then handed it to me with some melted whip cream and ice. Gee thanks for my 6$ melted coffee.
These idiots gave MY order to someone else. I ordered the night before and they canceled my order and proceeded to give my 1 bagel to another person. They proclaimed to have not gotten my order... I'm not stupid

So like if ur in a hurry don’t come here you’ll be in the drive thru line for a long time they’re super slow. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times as well :(

Very slow at this particular store, I patronize Danville and Edwardsville regularly and never had to wait this long (10-12 minutes) for a hot latte. Might have been an off day, but I still prefer the other stores.
