“I literally just came from there. I had ordered a pickup order from the mobile app probably like 15 minutes before the breakfast was closing. When I showed up the gentleman at the first window told me that my order was cancelled. Of course I have an eight-year-old at home who wants nothing but McDonald's breakfast on a Sunday morning. I get to the window and they tell me my order was cancelled because they switched to lunch well of course I freak because I didn't get no notice nothing about it. So after getting the manager who just stared at me like I had two heads when I said " the app tells you that breakfast closes at 10:59 a.m. and that all I ordered was literally eggs and cheese on a bagel" the manager said nothing just grabbed something from the register and walked up front to check if my order was there of course it was after all that and he couldn't even hand it to me and apologize for the confusion nope. However I do want to put the spotlight on the gentleman at the first window this is not my first encounter with him. He was more or a manager then the one on shift. he was trying to figure out my order he was doing a lot more than the manager he stayed supe calm with a smile on his face he was super nice I couldn't ask for better service from him. He is always so great everytime he is at the window. I do hope he gets recognized for this, I wish I knew his name but you are awesomw dude!!!“
“I had placed a mobile order and unfortunately when I got there, the nuggets I had ordered were all unavailable. After waiting a bit, the man who took our order asked us what we would like to replace it, ran that by his manager, and everything was solved! Unfortunately this moment had upset some customers behind us in line and they started making comments and driving around the line and being obnoxious. Our order taker was the one giving us our food and we thanked him for being so helpful and explained that the missing nuggets had caused other issues and I just need to commend him for remaining so calm and selfless through his own struggle. The tuna was fresh and there was enough for two sandwiches on it. My wife's burger was cooked medium rare, just as she asked (and too many places can't or won't get right) and she enjoyed it. We have asked for well done crusts and often the crust comes out flimsy or doughy still, so in the future I'll ask for extra well done. “Not a fast food joint! Kids LOVE this place!! They sell hand made burgers, signature fries, "custard" (just like ice cream), chicken fingers, dogs, etc. The "Freddy sauce" or "fry sauce" is excellent. Think sorta like a mix of ketchup, mustard, mayo, and relish done right. The chicken is ACTUAL CHICKEN, and not a pressed grissle patty like most places nowadays. The burgers are awesome, Double California burger is my go to.Parking: **NOTE** This is one of those locations where if you are heading N on 202, you CANNOT MAKE A LEFT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.
