After eating for 15 minutes and not being seated we walked out. This has happened before at this restaurant we will not go there again people came in after us and they weren't even greeted. Very bad customer service.
I am giving this facility the benefit of the doubt since I have eaten here before, and received better food, and service!!!!!The visit was on Thanksgiving day and they were SLAMMED!!!!!! HOWEVER, by the time we were served, the crowd made up of predominantly take-out customers had thinned.The service was poor, the server forgot several things that were included with the meals, didn't check back to refill the beverages, or anything else. Took over 20 minutes to get our order (salads). I didn't have silverware and waited for simeone to bring it over. I had to go up to the window near the kitchen to ask for for silverware. The waitress said she noticed I was looking up at them but didn't know what I wanted. Very disappointed
