Took over 20 minutes to get our order (salads). I didn't have silverware and waited for simeone to bring it over. I had to go up to the window near the kitchen to ask for for silverware. The waitress said she noticed I was looking up at them but didn't know what I wanted. Very disappointed

I grabbed lunch today and had the worst experience with Sam. I have not once ever interacted with someone so rude that it ruined not only my experience at this establishment but also my meal! I heard great things about this place from some friends and was very excited to find it. After cashing out with Sam, i don't know if i'll ever come back again. I don't know or expect someone to read this but anyone looking for a place to eat BEWARE! I believe Sam needs to brush up on her customer service skills as this will be the last time I ever step foot in this place.

Not the place to go after worship on a Sunday afternoon. There aren't enough people working to carry the load. Otherwise, the food is always good.

Waitress was nice enough but her service was awful. No drink refills, we had to ask the manager. Food took at least 30 minutes or more and they were not busy at all. My Pancakes were cold, my wife's scrambled eggs were undercooked and runny ad barely warm, her fried potatoes were cold, almost black, burnt so neither of us ate half of our food. Still no refills of our drinks. I had to go to the manager to ask for my check and when she handed it to me I said the food and service was horrible and she walked away. I told the cashier and she said not her problem. We will never com here again. I wish I could give negative zero stars.

After eating for 15 minutes and not being seated we walked out. This has happened before at this restaurant we will not go there again people came in after us and they weren't even greeted. Very bad customer service.

There was something going on between the hostess and one specific waitress. It actually was very interesting, like reality TV. The food was excellent and overall service was great!

This was one of the most horrible experience I ever had. Me and my (veteran of navy), my father sat for over 20 min with no server ever greeting us or even speaking to us. Even tho they walked past us numerous times. As we walked out the girl that was in the front was playing on her phone and smoking in the lobby. And FYI it was in the afternoon at about 245pm. And we left at 305pm. And the place was not busy at all.

Pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner at it was a nightmare. 2 hour wait, none of the orders were ready, it took a waitress to get control of the situation as the manager was too scared to come out of the back. They should reevaluate the staff there.

My family and 2 others were there last night Dec 10th. This was after a child's Christmas play. We never tried there for dinner so we thought it would be good. 6 adults and 4 kids We are a patient and carefree group. We were greeted and seated quickly. We ordered our meals and were disappointed that they did not have any fries. We figured ok... it happens. Then the waitress returned about 20 minutes after ordering and said sorry we are out of chicken. 4 of the adults wanted to try the new chicken entree. We then ordered something different. I tried the pull pork and mac n cheese and upgraded to the 3 course. Soup, entree and dessert. The meal came about an hour later. Yes we were getting hungry. The mac n cheese 3 of us ordered was ice cold and the pulled pork was crunchy on the ends. I still just ate it and shut up. No use complaining because it was suppose to be a fun celebration. The waitress was fine. She had a long day. It was not her fault. Then it came to dessert. They were out of ice cream. So 3 items out... Fries, chicken and ice cream. At this point i was ok lets just go. The waitress was unable to divide our check and the manager said she was sorry but has been sick the last 2 days. She took off 20 % and said that was all she could do.It was a very disappointing experience and Bob Evans can do better.
