“A few minutes are most definitely necessary when you first arrive at Mary's Gourmet Donut Shoppe ~ the donut choices seem infinite ~ and every one of these little cakes look and taste perfectly delicious. Lemon, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Cookies & Cream, White Cream, Boston Cream (I think I saw a Fruity Pebbles donut on the last visit!)...there isn't a way to name all of the options here. The donuts are filled to the brim with goodness ~ so much so that most times it's a challenge to finish one. The lovely lady who served us was exceptionally polite and so very patient. There are always a few customers, at the very least, trying their best to make a good donut decision ~ this is no easy feat...and on a Saturday, the lines are long but move quick.“

“We had breakfast and it ran me 21 dollars and change for three meals which I thought was a good deal. The restaurant was clean and one of the workers brought our food to our table, so I thought that was nice. The breakfast sandwiches were pretty good and there was plenty of parking. Located on Bristol Pike in a small strip mall that was once anchored by a Wal-Mart. The McDonald's is also located several yards from a man made pond.“

“Been using Liberty city roasters beans for about two weeks and enjoying delicious coffee. Owner is really nice. Just from our small talk I could tell Jeff knows his stuff and is passionate about his craft. He's trying to deliver the true flavor of coffee and show people that these Starbucks drinks are actually desserts. Sweeteners and fats should be occasional flavor indulgences, not a tool to mask the taste of a bad brew. Coffee can and should taste good by itself. He recommends the clever dripper brewer and filtered tap water. Right now I'm brewing with the pour over method and a metal filter because I want to avoid plastic. The beans are good. To get the best you have to grind your own beans. Make sure you get a grinder with nice adjustments. I had a lot of static cling on my grinds but using the Ross droplet technique minimized it. Water can influence taste but combining minerals to find what yields the best flavor can be impractical for most people and may only deliver marginal flavor improvements. Filtered tap is good enough for me right now but I may try mineral blends in the future for fun. I think my favorite was inca sunrise but I liked all the beans I tried. The bloom on these beans was awesome. Grocery store beans can't compete. The price here is great too! There's a decent selection to try as well. If you choose the pickup option there is no storefront and he operates in a small warehouse area located in the back (look for door 222R). He said he'll be opening a cafe in Langhorne soon. I'm glad I found this place and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for some good tasting affordable beans. Happy brewing!“

They didn't have the donuts I wanted so I said never mind and was just getting the rest of my stuff but they insisted in giving me other dounuts and a free drink. “We live 4 hours away and every time we come to visit family we come here. I have never had better coffe and the hospitality is exceptional. They have accommodated my request with the drink I wanted not being in season and even replaced 2 drinks that were spilt without hesitation. “I met a friend for breakfast and we wanted to try something in Bristol Boro. We ate at Lorretta’s on a Saturday around 10:30am and there were only a few others who dined in and others who came & went with their to go orders.We both ordered the prosciutto, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Lesson learned - we could have shared one because it was so large. The prosciutto was thicker but not chewy and it was delicious! The seeded roll was fresh and I could have just made a meal out of the roll itself?The service was great and I had a nice conversation with the owner’s aunt who was filling in that day.They are offering some dinner options but only a night or two during the week and they are trying new things to foster new fans.“
