I stopped by DD this morning because I was in a hurry to make an appointment. I grabbed a med. coffee and a bagel with cc, toasted. Once my appt was over and I was able to open the packaging of my bagel, it was totally burnt!!! It even smelled burnt!! I called the store to have my complaint heard, no one answered the phone! Placed an app order. Got to the store to pick up order, store was closed for maintenance. Owner just rudely, obnoxiously, and disrespectfully waved me off. WHY WOULD YOU ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU ARE CLOSED. FRAUD HERE.
