When I go to McDonald's, I hope for an experience most of the time I get to have it my way...BUT not this time. Went for breakfast, but we just missed it, so we got lunch instead. All of the food was cold even though lunch had just started. The piece of chicken in my chicken sandwich only took up half the sandwich, I got the 2 cheese burger meal with no onions and no pickles but some how got a tray with just a meat patty and a piece of cheese. Not so much of a fan at this location. Typically takes forever to get your food. Fries are either decent or desperately cold by the time you get them. Placing a mobile order for drivethrough is a pure waste of time because you will be waiting and then waiting on one of the side spots. Always a bunch of ruckus going on here and a bunch of kids sneaking around the place up to no good. I went inside to place my order, and when I went to one of the kiosks (because there was noone at the counter), it did not allow me to pay there so I had to go and get in line and wait for someone to help me so I could pay. It did not give me a receipt either, so the employee had to find my order. While waiting, there were multiple other people that had ordered around the same time as me- all waiting for their food, and missing items.
