ordered at the drive thru, attendant couldn't understand me, took three true to get the order right. Then, when I get to the window, they tell me my order doesn't exist, and had to redo it. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make 2 hamburgers and a medium fry. Ridiculous.

Put my order in at 6:35 and didn't get it untill 6:50 for a large shack and 2 sandwiches. Only 2 other people in the dining room. When I went up twice the manager just kept telling me it will be right out each time. Got my food finally and the 2 sandwiches r cold. To the touch. Sad to bc I come here to get breakfast three times a week. Not wasting my money here anymore

Do not go to McDonald’s if you don’t like onions. I asked for 2 cheeseburgers only cheese and ketchup and both of them had onions all over them. If you are so lazy that you can’t make plain burgers for people that order them without onions then you shouldn’t be open it is so frustrating. I am on a 30 minute lunch break and do not have time to sit there and go through my burger but when I bite into it I get a mouthful of onion because whoever made it is too lazy to cook a new one.
They didn't assemble the sandwiches with any care whatsoever. The meals were thrown everywhere in the boxes and the bag. Same amount of fries for medium vs large. Atmosphere was ok for a McDonald's, but still the Worst MCDONALD'S in the entire central PA area.

Plenty of workers in the building. None available to take an order. There was one other guest dinning in. Tables were all dirty and floors had dried up mud and napkins on them. Watched a manager clean off a table for herself and her team to sit at and have a meeting. Very bad poop smell coming from the bathroom and filling dinning area. The food is probably pretty good but this leadership team is not paying attention. None of the employees here interacted with a dine in guest at all. Almost lost a customer that couldn’t figure out how to use the kiosk.
