“Their Bahn Mi is absolutely amazing. Service was prompt and courteous, as well as clean and bright atmosphere. I would highly recommend. I also had an opportunity to try their bubble tea, and it was amazing as well. I was highly surprised to find such a treasure in, no offense, Harrisburg PA.“
“I was jonesing for a bahn mi and this place was near where I was shopping so I checked it out. Cute inside and a friendly staff took my order which is on a computer screen which was new to me but hey, no paper wasted. I chose a roast pork bahn mi and fresh spring rolls to go. The bahn mi was quite tasty with a nice crunch on the edges of the roast pork. I would have preferred a bit more of the veggies. My only complaint. The spring rolls were good if not the best I've had. They were in the smallish side which was good since I was using them as an appetizer. Very good if not the best. I'll be back“
“This first thing you notice in here is the cleanliness. The food is remarkable. I had the stir fry with chicken and the spring rolls. The peanut sauce that comes with the spring rolls is out of this world. Staff members are fast, efficient, and friendly. For someone looking to get into Pho, start here.“
“In short: robust portions, amazing flavor, and quality across the board. Good enough to rock our top Vietnamese restaurant's position as #1 on our roster. We grabbed takeout when we were passing through, as our regular go-to Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Viet in Danville) is temporarily closed. Pho La Vie more than made up for it!!!!We had La Vie's Special Bún (standouts in this dish include the fried shrimp paste and the fantastic drizzling sauce- I think a type of nước chấm? I may be wrong on the name), and the cơm chiên dương châu (fried rice with pork sausage and bbq pork- a sweet-savory-meaty-smoky delicacy that is just as good as its description sounds). Finally, we grabbed a Vietnamese iced coffee that tasted sweet (but not too sweet) and was magically not watered down by the ice. 10/10, please grab one as a pick-me-up or dessert- it won't disappoint.Thank you Pho La Vie!! It was a pleasure, and we'll see you around soon!“
“The food is always fresh and delicious and if you want healthy options you have a nice selection to choose from. The prices are ok but can be a bit expensive but the adult portions are pretty large so it makes sense for certain options.Like the fried rice meal. The Pho it the best in town and the price for this is definitely reasonable. And the spring rolls are the best in town as well and the price for them is pretty good too. It’s a good place to choose for lunch or dinner to eat in or take out.“
“Excellent authentic Vietnamese cuisine.Roast pork is delicious. Lemongrass chicken is good, but was lacking sodium. Noodle soups are all great. But the Bun Bo Hue was my least favorite out of all of them; still quite good though. The Banh Mi’s are excellent! And they use fresh bread from Ba Le Bakery in Philly! ?The prepackaged To-Go foods are also excellent!“
“Mom and pop Pho place. The chef comes out and gives you your coffee. BEST COFFEE I'VE EVER HAD. I'm a self proclaimed coffee snob and this is legitimately the best coffee I've tasted in a loooong time. It's made with a small amount of water dripped through grounds from a different species of coffee bean. Very similar mouth feel and taste to espresso, but with far less acidity. The Pho is great too.“
“Best pho and fried rice in Central PA. Honorable mention for their vegetable spring rolls, and their peanut sauce is very good. They also have vegetable broth as an option for their pho, you can get full vegetarian pho!Vegetarian options: Vegetable pho with vegetable broth. Vegetable spring rolls. Vegetable fried rice. Vegetable stir fry. Etc etc“
“Both my girlfriend and I decided to have some pho originally at Pho 99 WHICH HAD H O R R I B L E CUSTOMER SERVICE.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR TO COME TO NEW ORLEANS PO BOYS INSTEAD!! We've tried plenty of pho places in Harrisburg area. This restaurant by far HAS THE BEST PHO! Also, the customer service was amazing!! My, who was our server was extremely welcoming and friendly!!! Can't wait to come back.“
“Excellent food/pho!!! Wish we lived closer!!! Service excellent. Cute fish tank, decent decor. But it's all about the food!! Yum!!! When we come through Harrisburg we will come back here! ? Yum!Vegetarian options: We asked for tofu and they provided. Had beef too!“
“Great prices and great food! They always remember my order no matter how long it's been since I was there last. Always a friendly smile and super nice people. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the tokyo chicken and rice platter, and it's an amazing price for such a fill-up!“
“This place is amazing. I frequently order takeout since I live so close. The service is always fast and friendly. Their Pho is delicious, and so is their bubble tea. They have so many options for their bubble tea menu. There is something for everyone.“
“Holy cow - I don’t know how I’ve lived in Camp Hill for 2 years without stumbling upon this gem. I will preface this by saying I absolutely love Vietnamese food, especially Bun Bo Hue (spicy pork and beef soup). I was spoiled with amazing mom and pop Vietnamese restaurants in Florida and have been struggling to find that here in PA. Well, I finally did.We started off with the fried shrimp rolls, which were amazing - literally just wonton wrapped shrimp that are fried. 10/10 option for someone like me who doesn’t love egg rolls or spring rolls. We got a banana smoothie and strawberry milk tea with popping boba. Both were 10/10. My husband was in heaven with his smoothie. We got 4 different entrees because we couldn’t pick just one each. I got the bun Bo hue, which is traditional with a pork knuckle inside. I don’t care for the knuckle meat, but I think it’s important for flavoring the broth. The sliced meat was heaven and the broth was actually spicy on its own. The noodles were perfect. I was shocked at how good it was after (unsuccessfully) trying to find a good version of it at other local restaurants. My husband got the seafood pho, which was HUGE and full of seafood and noodles. He normally has to add extra protein to his meals, but was happy with how much was in his soup without ordering extra shrimp. We also got the pork bahn mi to share. The pork is insanely good. The banh mi was huge and overflowing with meat. Finally, we got shrimp lo mein to share. We love that there’s bean sprouts in it, which isn’t something we found at any other places! It was also flavorful and full of shrimp. Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong here. We had great service and the prices were amazing for how much we ordered and the quality of the food. I think this easily just became one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I’m already planning my next visit!!“
