Yelling 'is there is anything else?!?' before I've even ordered my first item is getting a little ridiculous, I get that you need to get back to posting dumb tik Tok videos but you could at least pay attention enough to not put 3 lids on my coffee so two of them fall of mid drink or at the very least remember to give me a damn napkin to clean up after your terrible service.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've been too in the Pittsburgh area.We went on a Saturday around 3pm and we ordered inside.Nothing bad to say about service, in fact they were all very kind and professional but the waiting was the longest I've ever experienced. Sure the drive thru was busy but I've been to busier ones and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for a nitro coffee and cappuccino and a Danish.The place seemed neglected and not inviting at all, as if the tables and chairs were an afterthought.The food was displayed packed in clear plastic bags and the Danish was soggy.If you are looking for a drive thru I'd say it's ok but expect a wait.If you want to enjoy your coffee sitting inside or maybe work there I'd choose another location because this one is kind of depressing.

This starbucks leaves little to be desired. The parking lot is not safe. To get into the store, you MUST traverse through an active line of cars in the drive thru. There is no other way to get in. The people at the counter can be very Jeckle and Hyde. It depends on the day you get them. If you ask for your drink that is 10 minutes overdue from the time in the APP, you may get yelled at.I don't go here anymore.
I come here almost everyday and each day my coffee is never right. Today I asked the girl if this was my drink because it did not taste right at all and all she did was add more coffee to it and give me attitude. There is no need to be rude about having to fix someones drink. I asked if she could make me a new one and they did it still didn't taste right. I ordered a iced coffee with caramel, light cream, and caramel drizzle. It was all cream and had no flavor to it at all and it was extremely watered down and had no ice in it. This was one of my worst experiences at this Starbucks.

Woman working the drive thru spilled coffee down my arm, did not apologize. I asked for a stopper, and as she handed it to me, before I could even say thank you, she unmuted her headset and moved on to taking an order. Unprofessional. Worth the mile drive down the road to the next Starbucks.
