Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've been too in the Pittsburgh area.We went on a Saturday around 3pm and we ordered inside.Nothing bad to say about service, in fact they were all very kind and professional but the waiting was the longest I've ever experienced. Sure the drive thru was busy but I've been to busier ones and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for a nitro coffee and cappuccino and a Danish.The place seemed neglected and not inviting at all, as if the tables and...read full review

This starbucks leaves little to be desired. The parking lot is not safe. To get into the store, you MUST traverse through an active line of cars in the drive thru. There is no other way to get in. The people at the counter can be very Jeckle and Hyde. It depends on the day you get them. If you ask for your drink that is 10 minutes overdue from the time in the APP, you may get yelled at.I don't go here anymore.

Kind, skilled, accommodating, staff, clean inside seating and outside, foods hot, coffees are good. However, always PACKED. Management could be better. Something isn't being provided for these workers, cause they are scrambling on top of eachother. While the individuals are doing great, they have little room, not enough staff, and aren't being paid enough for being a PRIME Starbucks location.
