The absolute worst location in Carlisle and we could really do without it. I had ordered Breakfast on the Mobile App about 15 min. After opening which is at 5am. When i go to get my food which eas about 5:25am. Nobody answers the intercom i drive up to window and they ignore me like i wasn't there i literally did thesame loop 3 times expecting an answer each time. I was almost late to work waiting for there uneducated in Customer service selves to atleast respond sayin " Hey we're a little behind" but no they chose to just carry-on and pretend like they didn't open almost half an hour prior i will not be ordering there anymore Walnut Bottom Rd location will be the only one receiving my orders....P.S.get new staff or Train them in proper Customer service...?

Slow service...prices in drive thru are not what you pay..example apple pies on menu 2/$1.00 get to the window and pay 79 cents per pie... I now drive to the other McDonald's in Carlisle.

McDonald's your store at 608 E High St, Carlisle, PA 17013 has the most disgraceful service I’ve ever received in my entire existence.I had ordered through Grubhub a breakfast meal prior to the switch to lunch menu. It wasn’t until I received a call from my delivery driver 1HOUR after my original order that I was told I wasn’t going to get receive the food because “we are no longer serving breakfast”.I tried to communicate with them about what transpired BUT The level of customer service was atrocious, the level of communication was abysmal and the level of competence was questionable AT BEST!I will no longer use that restaurant/store in particular and will be asking my fellow consumers to do the same. I hope that you get to the bottom of the ridiculousness of how one of your stores is being run and provide them the BEST training possible on how to treat your guest/loyal customers. Thank you.

The food was not bad but the people working the morning shift around 10-11 are trash they are very rude don’t listen to what you say or want and just make the food or the order how they want too I am there almost every day to get a quick bite before work but I will no longer be going to 608 East high street again because they treat me horrible it’s almost every day one of the drive through workers is rude to me or just doesn’t listen to me and today was the last day I was handed my food and told enjoy your prison meal in my opinion this is bull and should not be tolerated by anyone else maybe when they fix their employees acts I will come back but 608 East High Street will never have my business again
