“Had the kung pao chicken dumpling and the shrimp tempura. The tempura batter was nice and crispy but unlike the Japanese tempura batter but still very tasty. The dumplings were soft and the filling was spicy and umami. It went with the dipping sauce well.“

“One of the best Chinese restaurants in Pittsburgh. The Egg Rolls here are stellar! For the entries we ordered General Tso's chicken and Moogo guy pan. Both very good meals. First visit here for my friend and she thought it was awesome. Highly recommended if you are looking for an excellent non chain Asian experience!“

“Fresh house-made noodles and soup dumplings! Pardon the presentation in the pictures, we got our food to go. Very good assortment of flavors that were filling. We had three different noodle dishes, plus the tofu app, cucumber app, and soup dumplings. All the items tasted fresh and light, no gummy or overly sweet sauces, just very well seasoned meals. Pickled cucumber gets a special call out - nice spicy kick to it. There is nothing quite like fresh noodles, and this is one of the few places that still provides them. Worth the wait, I highly recommend!“

“Amazing food every single time we are here. Super nice staff, the food is always fresh, served piping hot (salads and sushi super cold). They always keep our dietary needs (gluten free) in mind...best Asian food around, we are so lucky to have them!Dietary restrictions: They offer a lot of gluten free options for my family. We are allergic to wheat, we do not have Celiacs, but we are highly sensitive to wheat and have had no sickness after eating here.“

“We order here pretty often. My husband thinks the General Tso's is the best in the Pittsburgh area. He just thought it was extra good tonight and so, a 5 star review! We'll order here again, soon!My meal was most excellent as well. I love that the vegetables are not over-cooked and retain much of their texture.“

“Love Sesame Garden. Can't wait to go back. Why, well...the food is yummy, the restaurant itself is not crowded (mostly take out), and the host/server is terrific! The food keeps you happy, the service keeps you coming back! Everything we have ordered has been terrific. Added items we've tried have been the dried green beans, garlic chicken, bride/groom, kung pao (triple combo), street noodle, sichuan beef.....YUM! I cannot pick my favorite! Join me for dinner there-I'll be back soon!“

“This restaurant features iconic American Chinese Food selections with a twist. I ordered General Tso chicken which had a slight spicy tone and hints of ketchup flavors (at least to me). The portions were decently prepared and accompanied with a dose of sticky Chinese Rice. The order took a little longer to prepare than estimated and came to about $16 or so. Service was prompt to my presence and apologetic to the wait. Overall, recommended.“

“Exceptional flavors and creative dishes! The fusion of Asian cuisines here is truly remarkable. Each dish is a delightful journey of taste and texture. Definitely a memorable Easter take-out experience. Highly recommend! The crispy eggplant and fried eggplant with cow horn pepper dish were my absolute favorites and more than likely going to be my must haves every time from Yoka Kitchen moving forward now! ?Thank you for cooking my Easter dinner! ??“

“I visited a few times while working over at Allegheny Commons apartment complex.I got the General Tsos lunch with Pork fried rice. For 8 dollars and some change you can't beat it! Perfect amount of food and it always comes out nice and hot! I didn't call ahead of time but usually only had to wait about 10 mins to get my food. Service was acceptable. If you're lookin for reasonably priced and quick takeout food for lunch, this is the place to go!“

“Not as good as nearby Silk Road, but almost as impressive. The sushi was super excellent ? The orange chicken for the most part was good, just a few stringy pieces. Service was a bit slow but they were little busy on a Saturday night. Will visit again.“

“I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant since I’ve moved to this side of town. I went with my sister, brother in law and nephew. We all shared the peeking duck. It was good, a little on the dry side but it comes with a sauce which definitely helps. I ordered coconut boba milk tea, I was not a fan of the tapioca pearls. They tasted sour which is odd. The drink itself was good, I appreciated the fact that I can actually taste the coconut. My sister got the lemon grass tea, it wasn’t sweet at all but still was very good. We got scallion pancakes and cheese wontons as appetizers, they were good. I wasn’t a fan of the sauce that came with the pancakes. The decor is nice and simple. The staff is nice. There were two other tables filled whenever we arrived. The wait time wasn’t long at all. This was the test run now I know to come back and order plenty more.“

“It’s good, but I’ve had better… the hot and sour soup was hardy and flavorful. The Basil Chicken is good, but greasy. The Amazing Chicken and General Tsao’s Chicken are good and flavorful, but a bit overbreaded and greasy. Overall, not bad“

“I think this place is actually quite underrated! They specialize in Cantonese food, and some of the menu items are truly unique. I have tried a few of their dinners, and everything has been pretty satisfactory. A few days ago, I went and just got a little snack from them.I tried the flowing egg sugar buns. They were actually very tasty as well. Not incredibly sweet, but still very flavorful. Filled with a ton of the sweet paste on the inside. I’ve had this from a few places, and this has been one of my favorite versions. Tons of filling too! Solid portions, okay prices. All in all, I think this place is often overlooked, but it’s quite good! Very solid deal for the portions and unique items. I would recommend it!Vegetarian options: Traditional Cantonese vegetarian meals“

“We always get take out. Third visit...I've never bern to Sezchuan ( spelling?) ..but this place must be authentic! Or close to it. If you like spicy food that's different...they are simply outstanding. The Chicken platter, pork w/ dried chili's, chicken w/ peanuts( they might call in Kung pao) etc....everything's been different..and great. Again..if you crave spice like me...this place is fabulous!“

“The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional. I frequented visits this restaurant during my college years, and it has been more than 7 or 8 years since then. Surprisingly, the taste remains unchanged. It's truly remarkable how this establishment has managed to preserve its flavors over time. Memories from the past come flooding back, evoking a sense of nostalgia. The owner is not only extremely friendly, but also very knowledgeable when it comes to helping customers select their meals.“

“Best Chinese food in town. Don't look any more. Their best soup is the vegetable tofu. All main dishes are super fresh, well seasoned (I like mild spices) and carefully crafted. Great service both inside the store and when you pick up. Very prompt waiting time. All great.“

“My favorite for Chinese food in Crafton. Today I am having the Pork Fried Rice and Cheese Wontons. I always order Cheese Wontons! If you have a small order under $10, you'll need cash. There are 3 different banks and a grocery store in the plaza if you don't have cash.“

“Only 3 stars for atmosphere as it is a take out place. The food servings were generous, delicious and freshly made. Dad got the Gen. Tso and I got the shrimp and broccoli. A dozen shrimp in my meal and Dad had enough for leftovers twice. Good standard Chinese food. Will order again.“

“I came here to try the peking duck and I have got to say it was one of the best I have had in the area so far. I got the full duck, skin and meat (I have been to some places that only give you part of a duck and hardly any skin) not only that but I got plenty of pancakes, green onion, cucumber, and hoisin. There was easily enough for 4 meals, since I was eating alone. It only took about 30 minutes for them to prepare the duck which is pretty good and average for this kind of meal. The service was great, I am sad I wasn't able to dine in but I definitely understand.Next time I am in the area I am definitely returning not only to get the peking duck but to try more of the meal. I am throughly impressed with this restaurant and can't wait to return.“

“OML! I'm thrilled that this place exists and is so close! There are not a lot of good options in this area. Some, but not like dahn tahn. This is like Dahn Tahn! The shrimp egg roll was light and crispy, plenty of sweet, tender shrimp and perfectly cooked cabbage. I wish I had remembered to order the house made mustard. It tastes like it has a little wasabi in it.The shrimp with snow peas came with baby corn and carrot slices and a nice, tasty stock glaze. I'm told you can request some heat if you want it. But this was just perfect base cooking. All of it perfectly cooked, sweet and tender. One note on the fried rice. It's good. But it may not be what you expect. It's not fried. It's just lightly seasoned with no veggies or meat. If you want those, they have veggie fried rice, various meat fried rice, and combo fried rice on the menu. You just have to know how to order. I'll be tossing mine on a piping hot oiled skillet when I heat it up tomorrow.Who goes to sleep looking forward to eating your leftovers next day? Me! At least tonight I am.And the prices and portions! I spent $15 and I'll be enjoying the leftovers for lunch and dinner tomorrow. I don't even think I could shop and cook this cheap. I know I can't do it so well.Sorry Fortune Star! This might be my new go-to. I haven't tried the Hot & Sour Soup yet. And I know your Chow Mein is better. I may still need you for those. We'll have to see. <3“

“Wow! This gem has been down the street and I so regret not trying it sooner! The service was amazing, the food was probably the best Chinese I’ve ever had, and it was very reasonably priced. My husband and I ordered 2 vegetable egg rolls and they were so crunchy and delicious, orange chicken which honestly why have I never had orange chicken where you can taste orange!? So good with a hint of spice. The beef and broccoli and the broccoli was so fresh, and the combination low mein with chicken shrimp and pork that was perfect. There is enough food for leftovers and I love that I’ve found a go to spot. Added bonus! Our food was ready in 30min! 1000000% would recommend.“

“One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I would have rated them five stars but their price increases have been a bit excessive. That said, the food is well prepared, always hot, and always very flavorful. I honestly believe they would have a larger customer base if they re-examined their pricing matrix.“

“Hands down the best lil spot for a quick meal in Bellevue! My go to is the beef lomein with fried rice and an shrimp egg roll and for $9 it is a delicious affordable filing meal that i will order again and again. The service is fast and the people on the phone taking orders (I normally have the lady) are alway nice. I tell the cooks in the back everytime how great they are doing! Stop by I promise you will not be disappointed!“
“One of the go to spots on campus. They give you a lot of food. The staff is nice. Open at pretty good hours, and they have boba. My only complaint is what others are saying, the food is greasy. Sometimes it's okay but there are times I've gotten stomach aches from eating here.“
“While visiting the area for work I came here as I saw they had authentic Szechuan dishes on their menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the décor is unlike most other Chinese restaurants, as it's really nice inside. I started with their egg drop soup, which was tasty, with a hint of sesame oil. Next up was their spicy garlic cucumbers, which had a nice kick to them, but weren't spicy. The cucumbers were fresh and there were a lot in the bowl; they tasted even better with a splash of Kikoman on them! The next thing I had was their scallion pancakes - They were the proper thickness and offered a nice crips. The scallion flavor in them was prevalent and they were really good, especially with the black garlic vinegar dipping sauce. Entrée was their cumin beef, with fried rice. The fried rice had egg, but no veggies and it tasted good. The cumin beef was pretty decent, but far from the best flavor of cumin dry wok'd Szechuan food I've ever enjoyed. The veggies were sliced too big and so was the garlic; I prefer thinly sliced garlic, it works so much better in the wok and then tastes great, but bigger chunks of garlic aren't very good in this dish. The beef was tender though. Wasn't very spicy, not as spicy as I'm used to from this dish. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and experience here and would return.“

“This place has excellent Sichuan cuisine. We had the tofu seafood bao, pork liver, and rabbit. To an American ear, that doesn't sound good, but I promise you it was fantastic. The flavor and spice profile on the liver and rabbit were out of this world. I couldn't even tell the liver was liver. The star of the show, in my opinion, was the rabbit. It was like a dark meat chicken, eith ginger, spicy peppers, brown sauce, and of course the signature Sichaun peppercorn. I highly recommend coming here!“

“I never leave reviews, but I love their food here. Service is fast, food is great and reasonably priced. They always have utensils and sauce in the bag. Just had their small egg drop soup and an egg roll for lunch. The soup was excellent!! Came with the fried noodles. The vegetable egg roll was crispy and filling!!! It also had the sauce packets with it. I've been going here off and on since they opened and have never been disappointed. It's way better than fast food and it's consistently good.
