“It does not matter how many places we try, the Catty Corner is our go to neighborhood restaurant. It is not dark and dingy like Race Street, there isn't a young bartender with severe control issues like Hammerhead (she is really MEAN), and you don't feel like you are in a loud cave like Grove Street ALL while being ignored. The employees all say hello and smile (ALL ~ kitchen and counter staff, drivers, waitresses and bartenders, the owners). They consistently work together to ensure a satisfying experience and the food is great. Even the outside dj's are personable and bring a positive energy. More places should model the Catty Corner.“

I would return many times if I lived nearby.“

“There aren’t many places downtown with the great taste and consistency like Wafa’s. Omelets are fulfilling and made with fresh ingredients. I’m now a regular. On top on great food the staff is very friendly and always able to address any issues I’ve had. Their online ordering also makes it easy to order ahead, pay, then pickup without having to wait in line. I’ve also had their burgers and they are amazingly delicious but I don’t think many people know about them. Fries are crispy and good too. Give them a try!“

“We came upon the theatre early in the year while looking for date night activities in the area. We ended up purchasing the multiple dinner and show package. We have truly found a hidden treasure. No exaggeration that the food is delicious and presented beautifully. The service is excellent and if it’s busy the wait time is minimal as there’s always someone who will help out. The performances are fantastic for such a small but intimate venue which we totally enjoyed. We didn’t want to review the theatre right away because we were reluctant to share our new treasure. Even so we couldn’t let the season end without sharing this wonderful experience with others. It’s a 10/10 in our opinion. We’ll be signing up for the 2024 season package for sure! “Very nice place to enjoy the golf simulator. You may bring your own clubs. Our service was excellent and attended to our group in the golf suite. I asked for the hottest wings they had. They were some of the largest wings I have ever seen! Full of meat. The sauce had excellent flavor but fell short on the heat for my taste. The wings were cooked through but flaccid. The skin was not crips and was just on the other side of boiled. I mentioned this to the server and she explained the cook wasn't in today and the owner was cooking. I very politely suggest they need more time in the fryer to get crispy. If these wings had crisp on them they would be excellent! I cannot complain too much because they had a half price special today and were only $6. The bleu cheese served with the wings was very tasty and I enjoyed it. I thought this was a tremendous value. Overall the experience was great, just need to cook the wings longer!“

The service was very friendly and welcoming, we were amazed at the large portions we were given and it was very good and very affordable. Though it doesn't take away from the ratings, I only wish that they had evening hours on a Friday and/or Saturday as it is hard with our work schedule to come on a Tuesday or Wednesday which are the only two days they are open after 2 pm. Especially as definitely would like to try their lunch and dinner menu, not to mention their delicious looking deserts they had on display. Definitely would recommend.“

“Went there for the first time on Friday night. We knew they didn't take reservations and were prepared to wait. We put our names in and were told it would be about 15 minutes which was fine. We were super excited as the restaurant looked really nice inside and we had heard the "ghost stories" so we were looking forward to the whole experience. Sadly the waitress came up and told us she was going to seat us in "the other dining room" which is just an extra room they use for small events and such. NOT the same ambiance as the main room for sure. Plus if you need to use the restroom you have to walk outside and back into the main room which is inconvenient. She should have asked if we were ok not being seated in the main dining area as we would have gladly waited a bit longer for that to happen. Our waitress was delightful and our drinks were very good. Food came out too quick after our appetizers....we literally had just started eating them when our food was there. Waitress did apologize so it was nice she realize that was a negative. Food was 8/10....would certainly come back and try other things!“
“First time there. Really cool bar. I ordered the Pub Deluxe Burger and 10 Sweet and Spicy wings. The wings were fantastic, some of the best I’ve had in the area. The Portuguese roll looked like it was going to be too much bread for that burger but after 1 bite I was hooked. That roll is special and the burger is top notch. In comparison I just had the Smokehouse burger from Pints & Pies 2 weeks ago. This burger was in a completely different class. Alexis at the bar was great too.
