“We haven't eaten out much since the pandemic began but we were craving a hoagie. I decided to give Hat's a call to see if they were still operating, which thank goodness they were. I ordered a 12" club sub for my husband and I to share. Needless to say, it was "EXCELLENT", plenty of meat and toppings! They have a variety of food to select from and great prices...... Upon entering the establishment, I was very pleased with all the "safety precautions" they had taken. A table had been placed in front of the service counter, to keep plenty of distance from their work area. Upon making payment, the lady working the counter (which I believe is the owner) had a face mask on, extended a service tray out for me to place my payment on. She then placed my order in a plastic bag and placed it on a tray to extend it out to me. After exchanging a few words and upon existing the establishment, I noticed that had she came around from behind the counter with sanitizing supplies to wipe down the table that had been placed in front of the service counter (which also contained a bottle of hand sanitizer) and to wipe the door handle. I felt safe and secure in knowing that this establishment was taking this pandemic so seriously. We will defiantly be returning......... Please keep them in mind when you decide that you need something more than a "home cooked meal", you will not regret it!!!! Let's help keep them in business..........“
“We arrive to see three handicap parking spaces being used as pick up parking. Very rude !Parking: The Handicap parking spots (3) were being used as a to go pick up spots and being handicapped all 4 of us had to walk from the farthest parking area away from the door. And while waiting for food to dine inside we witnessed several people using the handicap spots for pick up orders. Very rude. Don’t recommend going there if your handicapped.“
“Guy with curly black hair keeps getting scheduled to be by himself, he keeps himself professional about it tho. Im sure hes meant to be a closer as well. And the mobile orders are still turned on. Please give this guy a raise or somethin. And schedule more peeps.“
“We have always loved this place over the years....with their new limited menu what we would love to see is.......a MICROWAVE ! That would warm up the refrigerated food on site and heat up the refrigerated soup on site....This is what PANERA does !!!!!!!!!“
