“The best and cutest cafe close enough to the square but far enough away to enjoy a quaint lunch or coffee. The staff are always kind and somehow they remember your order and your table without a table number. Incredible. Try the peach tea and the homemade coleslaw!! You will not be disappointed. “Ordered the NoBready Bowls last Tuesday Sept 26 early afternoon and it was prepared really well! Both bowls were filled to the brim. I was pleasantly surprised so Kudos to whomever prepared our meals. During this time there was also a promotion for a free footlong and we got to avail it. Sub was made very well, all ingredients packed and prepped well! Again, thank you so much to whomever prepared our meal (we ordered the same NoBready Bowls last month but the quality was not as good as this week’s order).Unfortunately, the receipt got soaked with the sauce seeping from the sub so we were not able to retrieve the feedback link/code.Once again thank you to whomever prepped our meal! You did a wonderful job and you provided quality service! “It was my son’s birthday on Wednesday and we wanted to get some subs to go to the park for a picnic. I ordered online and there was no option to make personal edits to the order, so I called in. The employee was so accommodating; she took care of all of my needs and was super polite in doing so. She even called back to make sure she understood the directions I gave her. I got to the location and the girls who were working this day were professional, the store was very clean, and I was overall SUPER impressed. I will be going back, for sure. I know that currently the staffing situation is hitting hard on any restaurant business- but whatever the management is doing at the Biglerville Subway should be replicated. Please give those girls a raise!“
“UPDATE: The manager Travis refunded me for the order and provided an update via email. I am very pleased with the quick resolution to this issue!My order was wrong and there wasn't any meat on the Italian sub. I requested a refund and was given the run-around. There should be a refund policy for the times when they make an error.“
“Was just in subway 4/15. It was my husband, son and I. The gentleman that helped us was the rudest person I have ever met. He was throwing our food around to make our simple subs. Not one employee in the store spoke. But he stood out for making sandwiches that quite literally were thrown together. Your store needs desperate help. For the price we paid for 3 subs all with double meat, a little professionalism would go a long way. So disappointed.Today 4/17, husband picked up either a doordash order or Uber Eats and stated the same guy had a bad attitude and was rude. He said the people behind him ended up leaving with no food.Update 4/29, went in before both husband and I work. Manager of store was in and had a great conversation, problem was addressed.
