While trapped in the “Mobile office of Misery” also known as the “mom van” from 3-9 or later on most school days, thought I would stop in for a drink on the road- easy ordering, speaker was clear, no line at 3:30, pleasant staff, in and out with a monster beverage to get me through the next 6+ hours of taxi cabbing

I grew up in Oklahoma, (home of Sonic) and the Sonic in Chambersburg Pennsylvania is a joke. Nice building and location but their food is never up to standard. It's terrible. It never taste like it does in the South. Horrible food. Horrible service. If you're not going to do it right, just close the restaurant and get out of here. Chambersburg Pennsylvania doesn't need this poor imitation of a real Sonic. Do it right or leave. Sonic in Chambersburg Pennsylvania, you're a sham, a disgrace... Get your act together or please leave.

Stopped for a quick bite at Chambersburg store and was served up an UNGRILLED grilled cheese! It was absolutely disgusting! The bread was stale! I called corporate for a refund. She assured me it was being escalated to proper authority. It’s been 2 weeks with no response or refund!

Go ahead and shut this place down. We pulled up to the drive thru and was told on the intercom that “we’re a little busy right now so I’ll get to you when I get to you”. The service is poor. The food is poor. I’m sure the cleanliness of it is poor as well so just shut it down and put a Shake Shack in its place and make sure it’s ran by people who give great service.

We waited 10 more min before finally getting fed up, and leaving (having never even received our food). Absolutely ABHORRENT business. Will never go there
