“Amazing ice cream and Excellent selection.My friends and I came here and went crazy. We stopped by after dinner and I’m so glad we did. They have so many awesome flavors, everyone of which were absolutely delish. The ice cream is made with fresh milk from Mannings farm if I’m not mistaken. Very creamy and definitely tastes fresh. Everything we ordered was good. So much that when we left, right before exiting the parking lot one of us jumped out a moving car (jk) to grab 2 pints to take home. Staff were very friendly and efficient. My banana split was made w love. Compared to NY these prices were fantastic, super worth for what you get and the portions are very generous. Scoops are hefty! An absolute must try, if you’re nearby stop by, periodt. YUM!”

“We got Mexican food here tonight and it was so good. Ordered the boneless bites, beef burrito and wet burrito with chicken and red sauce. Portions were generous, price was good and obviously food quality great as well. The boneless bites are amazing!!! Didn't know they delivered, and so happy that I was able to chose off the Mexican menu which I was not aware they had either ??.”

“We have just discovered this place and have went twice so far. The outside dining is absolute vibes and great atmosphere. The staff including bus girl were all great except our waitress. We had Linda both times we went there and the first time she was rude and was rushing and I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but we just had her again yesterday and she had the same attitude. She was looking at my husband and asking him questions that pertained to my order cause I guess I can’t answer for myself. I was given a rude reaction because I asked if I can have my soup and salad come out at the same time cause I wanted them both as my entree and that was crossing the line I suppose. She rushed through taking our order and made mistakes to both mine and my husbands food. It is just a shame because it’s a great place and has great food but I guess next time I make a reservation I will ask to sit wherever she will not be our waitress. Other than that, I highly recommend.”

“I was looking for a kid friendly restaurant that had options for everyone. I wanted to avoid the resort (Kalahari) restaurant high prices and rush in and out of crowds going and coming. Well this place didn’t disappoint we came 1hr before closing and thought we would be rushed but that’s far from the case. Our server Sara was great and had an easy going vibe to her. I asked for suggestion on popular item to eat and I was recommended the supper sandwich and this didn’t disappoint. All the food was great and service as well. When I come back to PA I will definitely stop in again. Also, give the French onion soup a try. It was good and I’m not a soup person and really liked it.”

“Today was my 1st time ordering lunch from this establishment. I ordered on line with ease and went to pick up my order. The restaurant was clean and very colorful. I was greeted by a server with a smile on her face asking if I needed assistance. I ordered the guacamole and chips and the Tacos De Birria. The portions are very large so plan on having left overs. The guacamole and chips were excellent. The Tacos De Birria were the best tacos I have ever eaten. Co-workers frequent this place and they recommended it highly. I also checked reviews on line and many recommended this taco. They weren't wrong. It was absolutely delicious. Quite unusual with the dipping broth, but so tasty. The meat was very tender. I highly recommend this restaurant to others if you have not been there. I plan to frequent this place whenever possible. Hidden gem in Scranton.”

“First time here at Pappys and was not disappointed. Ordered the zesty bone in wings which were absolutely delicious and my wife ordered the chicken cordon blu sandwich which was also delicious. The wings had a great flavor and were nice and crispy. The staff was absolutely fantastic and the chef is top notch and very friendly. Will definitely be back many times over. “The guest house at the tea room is a delightful little retreat. if you're in the area. Rick is super kind and accommodating. they also have a tea room for parties.Rooms: A boutique style guest house with several suites to chiose from. The queen suite has a beautiful jacuzzi tub in the center of the bathroom which is beautifully lit with natural light. Is truly a romantic get away.”

“I first noticed this spot last wk and so wanted to try it, it all looked good but today I really wanted to try the half chicken. Omg delicious the box must have weighed five lb delicious beyond huge the breast may have been bigger than my own.i also loved the rice . But what really stuck put was how they so went above and beyond to make it happen .they just opened my son wanted to surprise me but could not find it on any delivery app.sge worked with my son they chose an app she told him what to order wing dish I think took my name and told him she wpuld male sure I got half chicken and not wings.The food was delicious but for a restaurant just ope in for the day to take numerous calls and help my son make my order possible was so beyond amazing,I truly can't thank them enough ?
