“Cazmira took my order through the drive-thru and that was the beginning of the most pleasant ordering experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I ordered in stock, which typically doesn’t happen at other locations, but it was served efficiently and politely. As I paid at the window, the team behind the scenes perfectly executed my order handing things off to Cazmira who relayed them to me with a smile. Smiling is important. I don’t see enough of it in this stress filled world. Probably took less than 2 mins from the time of order to completion. Gotta be some sorta new record, considering I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. My kid is finishing his second donut as I type this. His favorite is the strawberry frosted. 5 stars and a round of applause ??to this staff for kicking my week off right. I know it’s just a coffee, but it’s the little things that matter. ☕️?“
“Was so happy when I saw this Dunkin cause I had been wanting an iced coffee the entire trip. Was disappointed tho cause they didn't have decaf iced coffee. Why????? Why does Dunkin say they have decaf iced coffee but only at some locations????So instead I ended up getting a decaf iced mocha latte since they had decaf espresso. It was good. Had the right amount of mocha and did it's job. The guy who took my order was very nice. No line and it took only a few minutes for them to make my drink. They even had a little seating area for people to sit down which was nice. I would go back if I had to but REALLY wish they had decaf iced coffee. Oh well. That's my only complaint. 4/5 stars for me.“

“It was our very first time visiting the store. We fell positive vibrations and energy once we entered the store. We were amazed of how the shop looked. The staff was very friendly and helpful we ordered a dozen of specialty donuts which were outstanding. We also ordered two doggy donuts for our boxer Rocco. These donuts are not like anything you ever had. I highly recommend.We definitely will come back soon. Keep up the great work!!“
“Mac's Donuts has been my favorite donut shop for my entire life. The only places that even come close to them are much more expensive and much further away. The people who work here are always eager to help you find the variety you're looking for and let you take your time making your perfect donut & pastry selections. Always fresh & incredibly tasty! Try the chocolate topped custard filled long john, or the maple & bacon topped cream filled if you like a sweet & salty mix!“
“This is a nice little shop not too far away from all the shops in Wexford. We bought donuts for my oldest's birthday and they loved them. It's fun to get a bunch of different flavors of donuts and they are small enough that you can enjoy a variety with your morning coffee.“
“I've been looking for good donuts for months since leaving beaver county. Found great ones at big daddy's donuts. Im assuming the gentleman that served me today was the owner. He was patient and wonderful to speak to. The shop has a nice family owned feel. Prices were unbelievable as well. This will be my new Saturday morning stop.“
“I had heard this was apparently one of the best donut places in town, but I knew you could never trust their hours. Will they open? What time? Sometimes 6am, sometimes not til 9. Sometimes not at all. It's a toss up. I drove by today, which is unusual, but the city is flooded so I had to go this way home & I happened to see they were open so I turned around & went in. I didn't realize they were cash only. The owner said.. you can always come back & pay me, that's what I tell everyone. We're all family here. So I got 2 donuts, and the customer in front of me so graciously paid him the $2 I owed. Lovely experience. The glazed donut I got was absolutely divine. 5 stars!Ps: I got there around 8:45, no line & donuts left!“
“I stop at this Dunkin often before I go to work. I find that in the morning, it is easier to order ahead and pick up in store because the drive thru can get so packed that you can't move or you're stuck on the street. Friendliness of staff isn't great, but they aren't outwardly rude. All in all they get the job done and I rarely have to wait very long for my coffee!“
“I’m so happy to live near this Dunkin’. The staff is the absolute best! I’ve never had customer service that’s been fantastic every single time I go but I do here.The drinks are always delicious and come out very quick. We’ve ordered food a couple times and it’s always hot and very good.The drive thru can be a little tricky to drive thru because it’s not very wide and the parking lot is ‘odd’ but otherwise, a serious 5 star Dunkin.“
