“I came to visit the Poconos area. I'm from brooklyn NY. I consider myself a very tough critic on pizza. I was not expecting good pizza in this area, and I have to say this pizza was spectacular. The fact that I took out my phone, and that I am writing a review is testament enough.Enormous pizza, terrific dough, delicious sauce. I'd give it a Barstool 8.2“

“While visiting the area we tried the pizza here, and it was amazing! It was easy to order by phone, and we picked it up 20 minutes later. Their Garden Fresh pizza is terrific! The dough, the sauce, and the semi crispy veggies were all wonderful! Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We highly recommended this place!“

“The first impression of this restaurant was not so good from exterior look, however, when my family entered inside then we changed our thought because of great attitude from people inside. Server was so kind and food was so great, particularly the pizza we had was good(I don’t know the name but showed photos and he told me name but couldn’t understand honestly). Also, price there is great after we tired high prices from water park. I truly recommend this restaurant.“

“Last time I was here The Brookside was under different ownership and that review probably would have been 2 stars. Since the new ownership has taken over they have changed some decor and brightened the place up a bit and have started doing some differently themed food days like a wing night and a southern soul food style Sundays event.The service here has been good the few times I’ve been in. I’m always greeted immediately and helped to a beverage and given a menu. I haven’t experienced any long waits to get another drink and everyone has been very friendly.This review specifically is on their wings. We were in on a wing night and got the garlic ranch wings and the Kings hot honey wings. This wing special night has a list of sauces that changes weekly. You’ll still have your staples every week but there are quite a few that rotate in and out so it doesn’t get stale. My gf loves the garlic ranch and I’m consistently trying new flavors. I also had the blackberry bbq which were very tasty, and the plain Buffalo (The OG baby) also has good flavor.These wings are nice and crispy without sacrificing the juiciness of the meat itself. They are not tiny little wings but they are also not these mammoth ones you see at some places where it’s impossible to get a proper cook on them and still have good texture.I’ll be back in soon to try out that Southern food menu, but the wings absolutely Didn’t Suck!“

“The place is GORGEOUS. Decorated nicely for the holidays as well. The staff was great overall, with server Anthony was extremely nice and the management taking the time to talk to us about the renovations and experience there. The food was delicious. We had a mountain of calamari and the braised short ribs. Will absolutely book here the next time we stay at Skytop.“

“Volare is a very special place. If you are looking for a quick cheap meal with no extras, this is not the place for you. I have been going to Volare for my entire life, 40 years. The owner treats you like family. You can expect to have perfect food every time, and the friendliest service you can imagine, complete with conversation, and a true interest in how you are doing, and your family is doing. I will reiterate, the pace that this restaurant goes at is relaxed. Prepare for 2 to 3 hours for dinner. Or more if you want it! Bring good company so you can enjoy conversation, bring good wine, so you can enjoy a few drinks and allow yourself to enjoy a relaxing dinner. Volare Is a treat and an experience. And if you go into it, understanding that, you will have the best time! Not everyone will appreciate the type of restaurant this is, but is it extremely special and we are lucky to have it in our area now.Kid-friendliness: We have been coming here since we were children ourselves, and now our children who are nearly grown, are also enjoying the experience. They will make you almost anything your heart desires to make your children happy. They handle special requests extremely well.“

“Was disappointed to see this location only has 3.9 stars?!?!? I've been 5 times since they opened, I even stood in line for opening day. Every experience has been great. Food has never disappointed, staff is always welcoming and friendly. I have 0 complaints. Best sandwiches in the area IMO. Keep up the good work!!“

“Excellent meal although service was a bit odd. It's always problematic when the person taking the order is not present when the food arrives. We ended up passing the plates & drinks around until everyone had the correct order. The other problem was cheese. You would think if two of us specifically asked about cheese & specifically asked it to be omitted, the waiter would inform us about cheese in other items we ordered. Nope! Cheese heaped on two sides ordered by the two cheese-haters. Everyone seemed happy with what they ordered once it was de-cheesed.“

“Been here a bunch of times, food is always on point and as far as service goes we almost always get Kendra as a server and she's the biggest reason we always return, attentive, polite and just makes the meal more enjoyable. She is also great with my daughter which is an even bigger plus !“

I like their customer service the lady there is always nice nd don't forget ur order. I recommend this place. “My family of 6 stayed at Kalahari for my wife’s birthday. We were looking for somewhere close to eat that wasn’t at the resort. My wife found Roberto’s and it was amazing. The people were great and the food was cooked better than expected. They even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. I highly recommend this place, it did not disappoint. We have a son in a wheelchair and had no issue getting him in and out.“
