Way too much to say about the poor quality of the food. Just a few comments. Breakfast croissant with egg and cheese (fell apart, cheese cold and floppy, croissant was cold and crumbled.) Hash browns made in old fryer grease, since they were cold, the flavor of old fryer grease was very obvious. Maybe burgers are better?

Every time I come here something is wrong i come here every Thursday! Today I didn’t get straws… I guess they didn’t want me to drink my “coke” I ordered that was root beer mixed with coke. If you sit at window to try to get their attention they will ignore you and make you go in. No one puts any effort into their job here. I’ve worked in a fast paced kitchen and it’s one thing to make a mistake yet another for it to be continuously bad.

Food isn't fresh half the time. They charge more than most locations. Sadly I spend 10k a month fueling at onco but can't utilize the am bucks at Burger King Because their system has been down over 6 months.... trash. Service is ok despite all these major flaws and lack of motivation.

Love the food and atmosphere at the drive through, almost all who wait on me for my food are almost always happy and joyful, no complaints from them when an order is wrong, for me they replace without any talk back, they always thank me for stopping and always tell me to be safe and have a good day. Love MILTON BURGER KING. keep up the great work! This location is easy to get into, for tractor/trailers. The crew were quick on the orders. The fries weren't crispy as I like them, but everything else was great.Parking: Truck parking is limited, but there is sufficient parking for cars, with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
10-18-23: I came at prime time lunch rush and the clerk was tired and overwhelmed and a few minor mistakes were made to my order. This kind lady was able to fix the problem with before I could say anything and the sandwiches that I bought were made to perfection. I understand the chaos of the lunch rush and these folks are holding their ground strong and worth giving a round of applause for their real deal work ethic. Well done lunch crew!

So we did drive thru, got 2 large meals and a kids meal. ALL of our fries and onion rings were legit ice cold, they didn't give me the reciept or I'd have taken the survey, the also were sure which drink was which. Come on yall GET IT TOGETHER.
