“Although their sandwiches are over priced, they are pretty good. Not crazy about their added flavors in theircoffees, they have an odd aftertaste I do not care for.But my major complaint this time was that I couldn't see any bacon sticking out of my sandwich this time so I looked inside and there was one tiny piece maybe 2 inches long! I'm sorry but I have had probably nearly a hundred of them! Suffice it to say that I'm addicted! Usually there is lots of bacon which in my opinion is the best tasting bacon in a breakfast sandwich in any fast food restaurant in this area!So I was quite annoyed so I took it back to the counter and complained. The counter person was very good about it and actually gave me more bacon ? ?. So they did make amends but it should not have happened in the first place. If I had gone through the drive through, I doubt I would have returned. But I wonder if this a common practice at this branch in order to cut costs so sadly I will avoid this branch and head to one I KNOW won't be so stingy! Just remember that while some people may not pay attention because they are busy, those of us who want the most bang for our buck...well we pay attention especially to BACON!! And I want to thank the counter person who rectified this for me. Awww man now I'm thinking about it, got to head out to my local branch and get one!“
“The staff is always very friendly. There's also people in their 30s/40s who have common sense, personal interaction skills, and a desire to work. So, it's run efficiently. Before that influx, it was more Gen Z workers and the service was not as good. The atmosphere is as good as a McDonald's will get. Clean etc.Like every McDonald's in history, the food, particularly the fries, are good at peak hours, but between lunch and dinner, and between 7pm and close, there is a marked drop off in quality. If you order fries at 8pm (I'm not saying this is healthy, but neither are fries at noon), they're usually cold, and usually undercooked. This is not unique to this location, nor to McDonald's, it's common in all of fast food and has been forever.Minor thing. There is some kind of mis que or misunderstanding with the 3rd party delivery services, all of them from door dash to Uber to grub hub, so I don't think the problem is any one company and not any one driver. They NEVER bring straws or napkins, ketchup, sauces. It's not a huge thing, but it is annoying when you pay $60 for $25 worth of food and it happens EVERY time even when you add a note to remember them.Overall, it's McDonald's and what you'd expect from a well-run McDonald's. If you expect too much, you need to be honest with yourself, it's McDonald's.“
“It's a great cafe near National Bakery and On & On. I had a sausage, egg and cheese on a National Bakery roll and a brewed black coffee. Everything was very good. The interior is very cozy with fantastic wall art throughout. I wish the menu was more creative with more items. The glass case is in need of more sweet and savory contents.“
“Their food and drinks are amazing!! They have so many cool fun events at their store all the time. The owner is constantly posting on Facebook showing what she gets in and goes out looking for things to sell all the time. They have pirex for amazing prices!!“
“I had my first taste of Krispy Kreme original, and it was incredibly delicious. The store staff were responsible and welcoming, making the overall experience of enjoying the food and interacting with the service staff fantastic. Thank you! It was love at first bite ;)“
“I had an amazing brown sugar milk bubble tea. The tapioca bubbles are the right consistency. I cannot tell you how many times I have been disappointed in the past by substandard bubble teas. Saigon Corner is the best for real bubble tea in NEPA. We also got the spring rolls, cheese wontons, chicken tacos and the pork bahn mih to go. Everything was well packaged and incredibly tasty. We will be coming back! If I did have time to stay, I would’ve gotten something with pho. I saw other patrons enjoying wonderful bowls of noodles and broth. Highly recommend ❤️“
“This has quickly become my new favorite spot for coffee! As soon as you step through the big wooden door, it feels like you are transported into the pages of a book! The staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee is phenomenal. Blackwatch is a great addition to our community, especially Nay Aug. Thank you!Parking: There are about four spots near the greenhouse. However, there is additional parking throughout Nay Aug Park. Just pay attention to signs as some areas are designated for hospital staff and the Everhart Museum.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of outdoor seating and space for children to hangout.Wheelchair accessibility: The lower parking area near the greenhouse has a paved walk way to the cafe. There is a slight incline.“
“Cozy atmosphere with delicious baked good and a good selection of hot beverages.Parking: Lot across the street is available outside of school hours.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance to the right of the main Entrance.“
“What an amazing experience for a true coffee lover! I had the pleasure of ordering from their slow bar. If you have the time to check that out it's a must. They do several styles of pour over coffee, along with a really unique percolation process using a siphon.Order the siphon coffee.Watch the pretty colors.Drink the delicious hot coffee.Be Happy. All their coffee is roasted in house, I had a Delicious Nicaraguan that was freshly roasted and ground to order. The barista was incredibly friendly and helped me learn a lot about the siphon process.“
“I love this place, super friendly staff including Caroline the owner. Really comfortable and cute atmosphere, extremely clean including the bathrooms, food is always excellent. I just wish they were open later in the day, it's hard to come here with the hours they have and wish there was more parking. Scranton needs more places like this. This is a must visit if your in Scranton!“
“Amazing and delicious donuts. I am not a fan of donuts but these ones I could eat every single day and never get tired of them. The employees are so friendly and welcoming each and every time. It's also very cool to get to watch them make the donuts right in front of you. Before you leave they always ask how they look to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order. I highly recommend!“
“Love this place! Pastries are delicious- especially their red velvet I think Cupcake? Or muffin. Parfaits always hit the spot and they have a great assortment of coffees. My only complaint is that staff isn't sure of how to cook over light, or over medium eggs and had to have us explain what we meant. Sandwich was still amazing, but just something to mention for others potentially wanting their eggs done differently!“
“Tasty coffee and treats and very kind, helpful employees!I was confused by the sizes of lattes they offer — ended up ordering one with too much milk for my liking. When I asked the barista about it, she made me a new one with less milk and told me what to order next time. Also when my daughter left her water bottle here, they washed for us before we picked it up! Very nice spot.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space and food options for kids.“
“I can only speak on the one time I was there. I was greeted by a young lady that assisted me. She was friendly and was quick with my order (as I had walked -in and not call ahead)it wasn’t a large order) Just a dozen original glazed) There was others but they scattered from view when my mom and I came in. Donuts- I prefer the classic original donut. They tasted fresh and looked very appetizing. The place inside looked clean and outside was clean enough as winter would allow.Next time I think I’ll get a coffee and try a different donut ?No negatives as of my first trip to Krispy Kreme!Keep up the great work guys!“
“Super cute stop in the heart of downtown of Scranton, Pennsylvania. I wanted to find a great cup and there was a really good vibe there. I got a maple latte which was on the sweet side, but totally delicious. If you have a moment and want a nice cup of coffee or relax environment it’s a nice stop.“
“My husband and I stopped by for breakfast after our orthodontist highly recommended Bailey's for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to see how welcoming and clean and up to date it was. We were happily greeted and since it was our first time there, she explained the menu and all of our options. After getting a few recommendations we made our choices and found ourselves a seat in a corner with a beautiful view out the front window, next to a comfy arm chair and couch by some holiday decorations. The atmosphere was so cozy. We picked up our drinks at the counter, which were the Creme Brulee Macchiato, and the Christmas Sweater Cappuccino (or something like that) and they were absolutely Delicious! Our food was served to our table and we were delighted by how tasty each of our meals were. We read over the antique items framed on the walls about the history of the location while we sat at our table and it intrigued us to do more research on the area, as we are from Taylor. It is definitely a place I would love to stop by again when we are in the area! Thank you to Bailey's Staff for such a wonderful experience.“
“I've only been here once to try the cupcakes. I went in to order two to go. A vanilla and chocolate, they were absolutely delicious! I just wish that they were normal sized cupcakes rather than mini size. I definitely would like to try this place again and eat in. The lunch menu seems delicious as well! Can't wait to try more. The small interaction I had with the workers was friendly (:“
“Super cute spot with some absolutely phenomenal smelling coffee. Interior is open and airy while still being inviting. Unfortunately, my iced matcha drink was very watery from the get-go. I ordered with almond milk, so it shouldn't have been that thin. Their food is fresh and made to order and smells amazing in the space.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks available for those who can't have dairy.Parking: There is no parking lot here, just street parking. Depending on the time of day that block can get very busy.“
“Fantastic atmosphere in a little nitch of town! The great thing is, my kids can play on the playground within eye sight while I grab myself a coffee or tea! I love the cozy underneath patio atmosphere and the s’mores coffee was delish! Highly recommend!“
“Let me say that first of all, I'm not a huge "junk food" person to begin with. However, this is the type of business that can change your mind. This is by far the best place I've encountered up to this point for ice cream products, in my opinion. They have a speedy drive-through service and a walk-up window. There is plenty of parking and are very easy to find. Now the best part. They have so so many flavors of soft and hard ice cream that you can choose for any of their dishes.Enough so that it becomes difficult to decide what you want. They even have a doggy bowl bless them -seriously, for your fur baby. The staff is super friendly and helpful.I've never been greated without a smile and told to enjoy my day/nightAll the items are a good size at reasonable prices.Personal note: try the strawberry sundae and their chocolate peanut butter shake, lolThey have like 2 inch thick ice cream sandwiches lol (another example)There is so much variety that it really is terrific. If you're in the area ,at least try them once, more than likely you'll return for more.Thank you to all the staff at Piccs. You make the simple act of getting ice cream a great experience. It's like years past ,going to your local ice cream parlor where everyone's your friend. Happy Dining EveryoneKid-friendliness: Very much soWheelchair accessibility: Very easy access for handicap , disabled or special needs parking and service“
“Just placed my first mobile order at the newly opened Dunmore Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised at the service. The mobile app right now only allows drive through pickup which worried me as I ordered on a weekday at 830am. But as I pulled in there was NO line and my drink was ready. It was made properly and the staff was nice. This location has quite a bit of parking is right off the intersection near Sheetz. One tip - watch your angle entering the parking lot! There is quite a pothole that could damage your car if hit with speed or if your car rides low to the ground.“
