Consistently the best Thai food in the Valley and one of the only places that actually makes food really spicy if you ask for it.

Disclaimer: This was a take-out order so I can't comment on waitstaff but I WILL say that the chef helped me personally and was super nice even though he was inundated with other take-out orders. This place always intimidated me because from the outside, it just looks like someone's house. A brownstone on the corner of a busy street with plain signage. But I'm glad I tried it. And just like the outside, when you walk in, the restaurant is like walking into someone's house. Pictures of iconic Thai people are hung on the walls and above the fireplace. Trinkets and Lunar New Year decor. Small statues and figurines. It's just like home. Warm and cozy and dare I say, romantic. I MUST come back at night on Date Night. For it's age, the place is immaculate. Even behind the radiator pipes. Not a spec of dust on the floor. I got the standard Pad Thai because I like yo have a baseline. It was good. Not as saucy as I'd like but tasty nonetheless. Really cheap with the peanuts but super generous with the tofu. And I'm soooo happy they fry the tofu. Everything was fresh and the spice level was on point. Prices were good and the portion was big. I must come back! Just a word of caution it's street parking almost near the circle so spaces are sparse. Pack your patience on a weekend.

I rarely have time to go to 1001 Thai, so I mainly get take out from there & am always VERY happy with their delicious soups & other dishes!

Personally this is my favorite Pad Thai and papaya salad…and trust me I have had ALOT of both from all over the country. Also the Tom Kha Gai soul is fantastic. Great that it is BYOB! The staff is wonderful and friendly! Thanks as always! ??

Great service, tasty fresh food. I would definitely get the Pad Thai again. Cute decor. So many items it was hard to decide. I didn't know it was BYOB, but I do now.

Don't be too cocky and order Thai hot because it is THAI HOT. Food and service was very good. We shared appetizers of wings (sauce was like Thai chili not spicy) pot stickers and Tom yum soup (Thai hot). We all had curries for dinner. Massaman was yummy and comforting. Red curry with duck prepared spicy (not too hot even for a non spice eater like me) and another curry prepared Thai hot. They clearly know what they're doing but may be best to make it Thai medium and offer additional spices.

Small place- definitely recommend reservations. Personable staff- attentive, knowledgeable about the menu items and gave good recommendations with items when we explained what we were looking for. Cost was a bit more than I like to spend on a normal day but I did get soup/ main dish/ dessert-- and would do so again next time. Loved the Tom Yum Spicy soup with shrimp. I got the spicy thai basil mild-- next time I will stick with however spicy they normally make it. Enjoyed the sweet sticky black rice with mango for dessert and their chocolate ice cream. Can't wait to go back again.

With so much hype in the latest issue of Lehigh Valley Style we thought we had missed something by having never been here. We went the next day. None of the 4 of us was jumping up and down about any one thing. Let me say this... nothing was bad, just meh. No real standouts. Let me state... the only server was a very nice young man who was working all areas of the restaurant and got completely overwhelmed with all that was going on and a very rude large party that came in while we were dining. It's a small place and 3 screaming children didn't make this a good time and the echo of their screams could not be missed. The lamb satey looked like it was boiled or microwaved... no grill color on it whatsoever, peanut sauce was very good. Stir-fry's were ordered medium - if you like spice I would recommend more, medium was most places version of mild I would say. The bacon wrapped shrimp entree lacked any vegetables and left the guest who ordered it hungry. Last but not least.... another reviewer noted it was the best mango sticky rice they'd ever had - not so much. They need to try Acasia in Philipsburg, better in all ways, by a mile!

Do not order Chicken Satay. Out of 3 sticks, of hard, un chewable, un-brined meat, 1 had a distinct chicken gone rotten stink. Sent it back.Noodle dishes were nice, though. Not great, but good.

Very nice restaurant. Clean and simple decor. The food is absolutely amazing! I had the Thai wings for the first time and they were cooked perfectly, crispy with a medium spicy sauce. The noodle dish was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very nice ambience, excellent food and service, and very reasonably priced. It's both casual and classy.

The environment was very lovely. Very comfy. A little overpriced and there is a bit of a wait but the food is very good so I don't mind. Took my 3 younger siblings with me and we all enjoyed our meals. Will be taking the rest of my family there very soon! ?
