Dic 14 12m 30 min wait time to pick up Ubereats order and i came back 30min later the order it wasn't ready ...Ridiculous. This needs attention, please better service for the customers.

The sandwiches here are awesome; unfortunately, the service is lacking. We have placed four Doordash orders at this restaurant when the app says they’re open - twice our order was cancelled as soon as we placed it, and twice the store confirmed our order, the dasher went to pick it up, and the store was closed. How does that even happen? And yes, it was the correct location both times. Then WE have to get in touch with Doordash support to cancel the order, because it looks like the store has already started on it - and therefore, we can’t get a refund until we call. What ridiculous nonsense. Update your hours on Doordash, for crying out loud.

Their sandwiches- then there's Ciao sandwiches.When I tell you I was shocked to open my beautiful masterpiece of a sandwich and have the cheese spread like on commercials, I mean it. I wish I could have taken a video.Also, it's a nice big sandwich so you might have some for later.Great portion, Great taste, Definitely the best sandwiches in the city!20 stars!

My favorite spot when I’m in Easton. Their sandwiches are the Starbucks of the sandwich world. Best quality, friendly environment, and family owned. Ciaos is number 1.

My husband and I stopped in here quick to get a sandwich while waiting for other family members arrived for the Crayola Experience. We were the only customers inside and our sandwich was made promptly. Our sandwich was reasonably priced at $11 and had a lot on it. We chose to sit outside and eat at some nearby benches. I'm glad we did not choose to eat inside, as the majority of the seating was facing the food preparation area and it would have been awkward to have the employees watch us eat.

Ordered for weekday lunch and was told 20 minutes. In twenty minutes went to pick up order and was told twenty minutes more as no lunch meat was cut. Went back after twenty minutes more and was then told that it won't be too much more of a wait as the sandwich maker was still cutting lunch meat. Had to cancel the order as lunch hour was now over. What a disappointment!
This place was Delish! Fast online ordering, great sandwiches! We will definitely be back!

If you go for lunch, will also have dinner because the sandwiches are huge! They are also delicious and the staff uses the highest quality meats and cheese. This is, by far, the best sandwich shop we have come across anywhere in the United States and deserve all the accolades. The cannolis are fabulous, a creamy filling inside a crisp shell, and filled when ordered. Friendly, accommodating staff completes the experience!

We have tried this sandwich shop 3 times. The first time was amazing. The second time the order was wrong. The third time, the chicken cutlets were so salty and dry it was inedible.
