Hidden Gem in Easton, Queso At Casa. We got the Roma to share. Open toasts with different options on top (we may have tried it before we took the picture). Followed by a delicious guava crepe with melted Gouda. Added bonus is it is attached to an adorable little shop called Casa 401.
We stopped in today, and they welcomed us even though they were closed. They were preparing for a photo shoot. They showed us the food that they will be making, and welcomed us to look around. Lovely owners! We will definitely be back to try the food and check out the retail store! I believe they will be a great addition to Easton!
